Handling the dark hour 1

“When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.” Luke 22:53

What do you do during a dark hour? Dark hour is the hour when it seems prayer is not being answered and darkness seems to have the upper hand. At such an hour you must separate what is subject to change from what is not, and hold onto that, which is not subject to change. The dark hour shall pass, but the word and the promises of God shall remain. This poverty shall pass. This infirmity shall pass. This trouble shall pass. At the end of it all, you will be standing if you would hold onto the promises of God.

“And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.” Hebrews 12:27
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” Matthew 24:35

The most important thing at the darkest hour is the word of God you have received and believed. Keep on declaring the word until you see the desired change. If you are passing through sickness, declare that by His stripes you are healed. If you are passing through attacks, declare that the Lord shall fight for you and you shall hold your peace. No matter be the case make sure that there is a word of God in your mouth to declare. If you do at the end of it all you will be standing with testimony.

This affliction is over forever in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God, let Your mighty hand be with me at this hour in Jesus name.
Call to Salvation: Lord Jesus, I believe in the forgiveness of sin and in the redemption from the power of darkness through your blood. I confess you as my Savior and Lord.  I invite you into my life to save my soul. Holy Spirit, come into my heart and make me what you want me to be. Thank you Lord for saving me in Jesus name.

Building your house on the rock 7

“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” Mark 9:23

If you want to build your house on the rock, you must build yourself to be a believer. A believer, first in God and secondly in yourself. All things are possible for believers! You must be ready to believe first, before experiencing what you believe. “Seeing is believing” is not a correct statement for believers. For believers, believing is seeing! When you believe without seeing, you are blessed. This is because the future you don’t believe, you cannot experience.

“Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” John 20:29
“While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further? As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.” Mark 5:35-36

Don’t be short-sighted, don’t be a negative thinker neither should you be a pessimist. Stop talking negatively. Don’t declare into your life what you don’t want. Don’t allow your challenges to define you. Always see the light beyond the darkness. Always declare your expectations.  Always see a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Look beyond the challenges and see the victory that God has given you. All things are possible for believers. What your eyes can see or what you can feel is not all that is going on. We walk not by sight, but by faith.  You have got to see well to live well and deal with your challenges without being scarred.  Never doubt the power of God to bring you out of the mire and set your feet on solid rock.

I see God manifesting His power in your life in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: I declare I am a believer and not a doubter in Jesus name.

Building your house on the rock 6

“He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.” Proverbs 13:20

For you to build your house on the rock, you must not be alone neither should you have the wrong people around you. The Bible says woe unto him that is alone (Ecc 4:10). The people that surround you will determine whether you will survive the challenges of life or not. More importantly, if you have chosen your friends, you have chosen your future.

“And he wrote in the letter, saying, Set ye Uriah in the forefront of the hottest battle, and retire ye from him, that he may be smitten, and die.” 2 Samuel 11: 15.
“Now after the death of Jehoiada came the princes of Judah, and made obeisance to the king. Then the king hearkened unto them. And they left the house of the Lord God of their fathers, and served groves and idols: and wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem for this their trespass.” 2 Chronicles 24: 17-18

David knew that Uriah would survive the hottest battle if people did not withdraw from him. So he wrote that he should be set in the hottest battle and Joab should withdraw from him. If people have not withdrawn from Uriah, he would not have been killed.  Joash served God when Johoiada was alive and was his closest person. However, when he died and the princes of Judah took over, they led Joash to do evil in the sight of God. Don’t be deceived, peer pressure is not only with young people, but it also affects adults too. If you have the right people around you, they will lead you to please God and will also support you during challenging times. May your life attract the right people and reject the wrong people in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: I refuse to be alone in my journey in life, I call in destiny helpers in Jesus name.

Building your house on the rock 5

“And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but God was with him,And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.” Acts 7:9-10

When you build your relationship with God, you are building your house on the solid rock that can never fail. This is because if God is on your side, no challenges can overcome you. The presence of God is secured by daily and consistent fellowship with Him. If God’s presence is important to you, you must separate time daily to fellowship with him. It does not matter what people or this world throw at you, if God is with you, you will overcome. Spend time to meditate on God’s word and to pray. Live in obedience to God’s instruction.

“There is none greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?” Genesis 39:9
“Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.” Daniel 6:10

Joseph in our text today is one of the characters in the bible that proved that relationship with God is very important. His brethren sold him to Egypt, but the presence of God in his life turned things around to his favor. Even when his master’s wife wanted an adulterous relationship with him, he refused because of his relationship with God. Another character is Daniel. In Daniel 6, some men plotted against him, but he continued his fellowship with God. They succeeded in having him throw into Lion’s den but yet they could not destroy him because God was with him.
May God’s presence abide with you in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God, let my soul long after you as the hart long after the water brooks in Jesus name.

Building your house on the rock 4

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32

Yesterday I spoke about time as an important factor in building your house on the rock. Let us talk about information or revelation as another important factor that you need at all times. When you are adequately informed, you are building your house on the rock. You must be aggressive for information if you want to be standing when storms of life come. And as a Christian, you must be hearing from God. You must have revelation.

“And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.  And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:17-18
“Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.” 1 Corinthians 16:13

You get information from men. You get a revelation from God. However, God can also send revelation to you through men. Revelation is always the truth. Information can be perverted. When you have access to the truth and live by it, you are building your house on the rock. When you have access to the word of God, you are able to deal wisely in all affairs of life. Your house will be standing on a rock and will remain unshakable in the time of storm.  May you have access to the truth always. May you find yourself among men who know what you need to know in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God, grant me access to your truth at all times in Jesus name.

Building your house on the rock 3

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” Ecclesiastes 3:1

Everything in this world is a function of two factors, the time and the word (information, revelation). I want to talk about time this morning. Anything you fail to do at the right time, you will have to do at another time. But it will not be as easy. If you refuse to go to school or learn a skill at the expected time, you will have to do it later but it will come with extra challenges. Imagine a man going to school after marriage, his challenges will be different from a young man who is in the same school and unmarried. Procrastination and laziness are robbers of time. When you are procrastinating, it feels sweet, but it increases the severeness of future challenges.

“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” Genesis 8:22
“And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.” 1 Chronicles 12:32

Favor is determined by time. Reward and harvest are determined by time. Things that are easy within their times are difficult outside their times. God operates on earth on time and in time. You must know what to do per time and do it if you want to build your house on the rock. May you have an understanding of time. May you always do the right thing at the right time, and be at the right place at the right time in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God, help me to build my life according to time and your purpose in Jesus name.

Building your house on the rock 2

“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” Proverbs 29:18

It is better to have challenges because of a vision than to have challenges because you don’t have a vision. Either way, you will still have challenges.  But if you have a vision, you will be building your life on the rock against all storms.

“And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Habakkuk 2:2
“Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:12
“Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:” Acts 26:19

If you don’t have a vision for your life, if you don’t have anything you have committed your life into, you have set yourself up for collapse when challenges come.  You must have a passion for something that is in alignment with your purpose in life. Don’t be a wanderer in the field of life, know what you want and what you want to achieve with your life. Something that you will not give up whatever may come. Ask God to give you the vision to run with. If God gives you a vision and you decide to pursue it with your life, no devil can kill you, no storm can stop you.

I see you standing victoriously in all situations in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God give me an encounter that will set me on the path of standing strong in you in Jesus name.

Building your house on the rock 1

“Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Mathew 16:17-18

It is important to build your house on the rock. This is because if you do, you become unshakeable and immovable when the storm of life is raging and the gate of hell is roaring. Someone said tough time never last but tough people do. The real tough people are the people who had built their houses on the rock. The storms of life will come and go, yet they will be standing.

“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.” Psalms 1:1-3

The Bible explains to us how to build our houses on the rock: by simply hearing the word of God and obeying its instructions. The implication of this is that what you are hearing is very important. It can determine whether you will make it or not. Also, the source of what you are hearing is important, the source can be either from flesh and blood or from the Father in heaven. Lastly, if you are a hearer and not a doer, what you have heard will not profit you.  May you hear God today and believe Him for your situation in Jesus name.

I see you standing victoriously in all situations in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God let me be hungry daily for your word in Jesus name.

Seven secrets of David (7)

“And David said unto Michal, It was before the Lord, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the Lord, over Israel: therefore will I play before the Lord.”

2 Samuel 6:21

David knew how to thank, praise, and worship God. He knew how to gain access into the presence of God using praise and thanksgiving. He recognized God as his lifter and the one who gave him the throne. His attitude towards God was not that of a complainant and a murmurer but that of a worshipper. Even when he was young and alone in the forest with the sheep of his father, he was always playing his harp to appreciate God therefore, God found him and blessed him.

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Psalm 100:4
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Beloved, always be grateful and give God praise. You may not be where you want to be but you are definitely not where you used to be. The fact that you are alive is a blessing from God and it is an indication that you can still receive what you are longing for. Be thankful and be praiseful.

May God find you and bless you in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God, I am very grateful for all that you have done for me in Jesus name.

Seven secrets of David (6)

“And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the Lord. And Nathan said unto David, The Lord also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die.” 2 Samuel 12:13

David repented, confessed his sin, asked for, and received forgiveness. David learned that nothing could be hidden from God. When he slept with Bathsheba and consequently killed her husband and took her as a wife, he thought God did not see him. Nathan came and confronted him in a wise manner with a story that illustrated his sin. He repented and received forgiveness. Although the child that came from the adultery affair died, God still gave him a son through Bathsheba who reigned after him.

“Neither give place to the devil.” Ephesians 4:27
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9

Beloved, learn to repent of any sin in your life, and ask God for forgiveness. Sin opens doors to the enemy. If you want the move of God in your life, you will have to make sure that you don’t go to bed with any sin that you have not repented of.

Sin shall not have a stronghold in your life. May you enjoy the best of God at all times in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God, forgive me all my sins and cleanse me from all my iniquity in Jesus name.

Seven secrets of David (5)

“And David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the Lord said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.” 2 Samuel 5:19

David always sought direction from God. David never lost any battle. He never fought two battles with the same strategy because he would always ask God how to handle the battles. Remember that in 1 Samuel 30, when the Amalekites raided his camp and took away everything, David sought the face of the Lord.

“Then David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, “Please bring the ephod here to me.” And Abiathar brought the ephod to David. So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”” 1 Samuel 30:7
“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.” Isaiah 30:21

Beloved, the greatest breakthrough a Child of God can have is to have direction from God. When you hear God and you do it, victory is guaranteed. A lot of people are wanderers in the field of life because they lack direction for their lives. Learn to fellowship with God and also listen to Him to give you a word or instruction for your life.

May you have access to instructions from God all the days of your life in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh Go, lead me in the way I should go in Jesus name.

Seven secrets of David (4)

“David said to Saul, “Let no one lose heart on account of this Philistine; your servant will go and fight him.”” 1 Samuel 17:32

David was a risk-taker. He was anointed and he knew it. When he arrived at the battle of the Valley of Elah and heard the threat of Goliath, he had holy provocation within himself. He began to make an enquiry to know the reward for killing Goliath and went to Saul to tell him that he should not worry about Goliath. He was aware that anyone that solves a major problem will always receive a major reward.

“And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.” Matthew 14:28-29
“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.” Luke 19:13

Beloved, if you are a child of God, you have the anointing in you and on you. Take that risk. Solve that problem. Kill that Goliath confronting your working place or your community. Start that business that has been in your mind for a long time. Don’t fold your hands, do something to bring a change to your life, and to your society. Don’t sit at home or waste your time waiting for a miracle to drop on your lap. Make a miracle happen by taking positive steps toward your dreams. Don’t give in to failure and defeats. It is your time to shine.

May you be empowered to take over in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God give me the heathen for my inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for my possession in Jesus name.

Seven secrets of David (3)

“And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father's sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:  And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him.” 1 Samuel 17:34-35

David was committed in “little things” even when there was no sign that he would be rewarded. This was his third secret. He was a good shepherd of the little flock that his father committed to his hands. He was willing to die for them. Jesus said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” Solomon said in Ecc 9:10, “Whatsoever your hand finds to do, do it with your might” When a lion and a bear came, he went after them despite the fact that he was young and only one lamb was taken. He was committed in the little things so God found him qualified to lead His people.

“I have found My servant David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,” Psalm 89:20
“Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the Lord is with him.” 1 Samuel 16:18

Beloved, put in your best in whatever you have been assigned to do or you have found to do. Whether people are watching or not, whether your boss is there or not. The reward of faithfulness cannot be lost. Your reward is coming. Note that it was not only God who found David, a King’s servant also found him. David lived in the bush, but he still played his harp excitedly and diligently to the extent that someone saw him and recommended him to the king.

May God reward you bountifully for your faithfulness in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God give me the grace to be diligent and committed to whatever I do in Jesus name.

Seven secrets of David (2)

“So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon David. Samuel then went to Ramah.” 1 Samuel 16:13

The second secret of David is that he was anointed. His humble and grateful heart positioned him for the anointing in the midst of his brethren. The anointing is an empowerment to make things happen. The anointing is needed to defeat Goliath and take territories. David won all the battles he fought because he was anointed. The only battle he lost was the one he didn’t need the anointing to fight (2 Samuel 11).

“I have found My servant David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,” Psalm 89:20
“It shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.” Isaiah 10:27

May God find you the way He found David and anoint you. You cannot be anointed and be defeated. You cannot be anointed and still carry the yoke and the burden of the Assyrians. He permitted no one to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes, Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm. Jesus told the disciples to tarry in Jerusalem until they are anointed. Today, believers are anointed by the presence of the Holy Spirit on them and in them. Beloved, spend time with God, and be anointed.

May God’s power be at work in you and through you in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God anoint me with the Holy Ghost and with power in Jesus name.

Seven secrets of David (1)

“But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

The first secret of David was a humble heart and a grateful heart. What God told Samuel in the house of Jesses when he was sent to anoint a man to take the place of Saul was His required qualification to choose a man that is a right heart. God found the right heart in David. Eliab had the stature and the countenance, but he failed at heart. He was too proud for God to use. The heart of the matter is the matter of the heart. God always looks for a humble heart and a grateful heart. Even Saul was chosen because he had a humble heart and when he became proud he was rejected.

“Samuel said, "Although you were once small in your own eyes, did you not become the head of the tribes of Israel? The LORD anointed you king over Israel.” 1 Samuel 15:17
The best of God is for those who are willing to submit in humility to God. “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.” James 4:10.

Secondly, God always prefers those who are grateful. “And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?” Luke 17:17. “give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18. If you are always concentrating on the negative, you will not be able to see the good things God has done for you. This is dangerous because it will give you a sad heart and an ungrateful heart. God prefers humble and a grateful heart whenever He wants to lift a man.

May God find you qualified for His lifting in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God put your hand upon my heart and perform your surgical operation to make it right with you in Jesus name.

Antidote for panic

“So this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who relies on it will never be stricken with panic.” Isaiah 28:16 (NIV)

You will not need to panic if you rely on God in any situation you find yourself in life. God is tested and proven to be reliable. You must learn not to make haste in His presence. In any situation, learn to come alone into God’s presence, switch off your phones, don’t let your mind wander around, be focused on Him, talk to Him as a person close to you, and expect a miracle. If you do this, one, two, or all of these will happen: If you need protection or security, you will have it; if you need direction, you will receive it; and if you need favor, you will access it. In these three is the answer to any of man’s trouble.

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6
“As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.” Mark 5:36

Can you imagine that you suddenly find yourself in a situation where you have to pay a bill you cannot afford? If you have someone who has committed to paying any bill you incur no matter the amount, you will not panic, if the person can be trusted. God is unlimited in resources, in power, and in space. His hands reach everywhere and He has promised to be there for you.

May you experience God now and always in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God arise and help me, let Jesus take care of the root of my fear.

Come up hither

“After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.” Revelation 4:1

You need a change of spiritual level to experience more of God in your life. It is your responsibility to step up and take a new spiritual plane. You must change your level of spiritual inputs to experience a new level of outputs, physically and spiritually. Physical breakthroughs are preceded by spiritual breakthroughs. Hear the word of the Lord, come up here so that you can see and experience new and greater things in your life through the working of my power.

“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33

Now the first thing you need is an accurate assessment of your spiritual levels. Do you fellowship with God regularly? How often do you fast, pray, and study God’s word? What is your input to God’s work? Do you evangelize, give, and engage in helping others? Is your obedience partial or total? Do you hear God regularly? What is your faith level? What is your level of anointing? After doing this, you must take action to step up. Increase your investment of time and energy in the aforementioned areas. If you do, you will position yourself to have greater testimonies of the manifestation of God in every area of your life.

I ask God to arrest you and pour more of Himself into you in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God give me passion for spiritual growth, do not let me be comfortable until I have made conscious efforts to grow spiritually in Jesus name.

Destiny miracles 7

“Again I looked throughout the earth and saw that the swiftest person does not always win the race, nor the strongest man the battle, and that wise men are often poor, and skillful men are not necessarily famous; but it is all by chance, by happening to be at the right place at the right time.” Ecc 9:11 (Living Bible)

The seventh destiny miracle is the divine location in divine timing. Divine location commands divine provision. Being at the right place at the right time is what positioned a man to experience a total destiny breakthrough.  Your ability to access the voice of God to determine where you are supposed to be at the time you are supposed to be there can make you become a marvel to many. If you want to make your destiny count, you must seek God for this and not give up until you have an answer.

“And the word of the Lord came unto him, saying,  Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.” 1 Kings 17:8-9
“And it came to pass, as he was telling the king how he had restored a dead body to life, that, behold, the woman, whose son he had restored to life, cried to the king for her house and for her land. And Gehazi said, My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son, whom Elisha restored to life.” 2 Kings 8:5

Elijah was told by God to go to a broke widow during a severe famine for his provision. He obeyed, so himself, the woman, her son, and her family were adequately catered for during the famine. The Shunemite woman walked to the palace to demand restoration when Gehazi was talking to the king about her. She got more than she expected.

May you hear the voice of the Lord; May you be at the right place at the right time in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God reveal to me my divine location for my divine allocation in Jesus name.

Destiny miracles 6

“And a certain man found him, and, behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked him, saying, What seekest thou?” John 10:10

The sixth destiny miracle is an encounter with a destiny helper. God will always use a man to lift another man. A destiny helper is the person that will provide answers to your questions and troubles to terminate stagnancy and wandering in your life. He is responsible to help you fulfil your destiny. A man cannot leave the realm of smallness until he meets his destiny helper. It is an experience for breakthrough in destiny

“Then said I, O Lord God, cease, I beseech thee: by whom shall Jacob arise? for he is small.” Amos 7:5
“And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four. And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.” Mark 2:3-4

Destiny helpers will stay with you and ensure your breakthrough. They will go the extra mile to ensure that you do not remain small and in obscurity. They are on divine assignment. They will help you until you get there. The four men that brought the paralytic man could not get to Jesus because of the crowd. They broke the roof and put him right in front of Jesus. And that marks the end of stagnancy in his life.

May your destiny helper show up quickly in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God let the man by whom I shall arise from smallness manifest in Jesus name.

Destiny miracles 5

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:10

The fifth destiny miracle is restoration. God is restoring everything that the enemy stole from our lives. The primary assignment of the enemy is to steal, but as long as there is life, restoration is possible. You can get your health back (Jeremiah 30:17), you can get your lost years back (Joel 2:25), you can get your prosperity back (Job 42:12) and any other thing the enemy might have stolen when you were ignorant and outside Christ. Your redemption gives you the power to bind the strongman behind any form of robbery in your life and to take what belongs to you back even in seven-folds.

“But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house.” Proverbs 6:31
“Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.” Matthew 12:29

If you have identified anything that the enemy stole from you, you must demand seven-folds restoration. The enemy knows that you are entitled to that and will want to keep you ignorant of this fact. His legal ground is broken over your life. You belong to the Kingdom of God, power and wisdom have been given unto you. This is the time to claim what belongs to you.

I degree restoration of whatever the enemy stole from you in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: I bind the strongman and I take back everything that belongs to me in seven-folds in Jesus name.

Destiny miracles 4

“And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.” Acts 9:6

The fourth destiny miracle is divine direction. God is releasing His light unto your path so that you really know what to do with your life. Life is too short to wager. Knowing what to do with your life and how to do it is a breakthrough in destiny. God wants to lead you by the way that you should go and teach you to profit. It is your responsibility as a born again child of God to sit at His feet and learn.

“Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.” Isaiah 48:17
“The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.” Psalm 119:130

God has a word for you that will terminate struggle and frustration in your life. You will not get this word by running helter-skelter, you must sit down with your Bible and be ready to stay in His presence until you hear His voice. Give God a chance to direct your path, it is your birthright to receive direction from your Father.

May you have light from heaven today in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God let your light shine on my path that I should know what to do with my life in Jesus name.

Destiny miracles 3

“But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.” Obadiah 1:17

The third destiny miracle is deliverance from all afflictions. Provision for deliverance from all afflictions is made available in our redemption through the blood of Jesus. Deliverance became necessary because many have been sold into the hand of the devil before the salvation experience. The devil through the legal ground that includes evil agreement, evil dedication, unknown curses, and such, bring affliction of bondage, poverty, infirmity, and failure. However, as children of God, we can lay hold on the finished work of Christ and obtain our deliverance.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,” Luke 4:18
“Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;  And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.:” Col 2:14-15

Deliverance is needed for you to possess your possessions and be who God wants you to be. Thank God we have all come to mount Zion, to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better thing than the blood of Abel so we can obtain our deliverance. Beloved, pray through, and access deliverance from any form of affliction today.

Let all your afflictions die in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God arise and deliver me from all my afflictions in Jesus name.

Destiny miracles 2

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts 1:8

The second destiny miracle is the baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire. You cannot scale through this world without power so God gives you power by releasing the Holy Ghost and fire upon you. This is not only power for destiny fulfilment, but also the power to subdue the adversary and defeat the power of darkness.

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10:19
“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:” Matthew 3:11

Your encounter with Jesus will not only lead to forgiveness of sin, but also grant you access to power. You can tarry in God’s presence to receive this power or connect with someone who carries this power. At this point, hunger is a prerequisite. You must hunger and thirst for the baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire. When you contact this fire, your affliction is over because you will experience total deliverance.

May the fire fall upon you in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Holy Ghost fire, fall upon me now in Jesus name.

Destiny miracles 1

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:8-10 (NIV)

The first destiny miracle is salvation from sin and reconciliation unto God. Destiny and life purpose are found only in God. God has prepared good work for all His creations to do that can only be found in Christ Jesus. Everyone outside Christ is alienated from God, only in Christ Jesus can a man relate to God as his Father. There is no way a man’s life will not change if he has a genuine salvation encounter with Jesus through the gospel. The devil will do anything to blindfold any man from receiving the light of the gospel.

“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” 2 Cor 4:4
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16

The only thing that separates us from God is sin, but Jesus’ death and resurrection took care of this once and for all. Salvation is a miracle received by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. The experience opens the door for a new relationship so that God can be called our father.  If you invite Jesus into your heart, you definitely receive a change of life.

May you bear fruit unto salvation in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God, let the grace that saves all men be at work in my life in Jesus name.

The fight you must always win

“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” 1 Timothy 6:12

Faith is a good fight and a daily fight that you must always win. This is because God has daily benefits for you, but the enemy wants to steal it. Faith is a fight that brings the promise into fulfilment. Faith is a fight that keeps the dart of the wicked away. Faith is a necessary fight if you want to walk on the earth in the reality of the scriptures. The good news is that faith is a fight that guarantees you victory if you do no stop (1 John 5:4). You don’t really lose the fight of faith, you either fight or drop out of the fight (Luke 18:1-8). This means if you keep the fight on, you will always win.

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17
“For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” Romans 1:17
“Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah” Psalms 68:19

This faith fight cannot start until you have heard God and know what He has spoken concerning you. God has spoken good concerning you and you must walk in the reality of His blessings, His promises and His instructions if you want to truly live. Insist today in prayer and in your declaration that what God said about you will come to pass. Resist the devil and his activities in your life until you see him carry his evil load and flee. Do what God has told you to do. Don’t give up the fight of faith, you surely win if you don’t give up.

May you not give up the fight of faith in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God, help me to keep the faith fight on and to walk in the victory that you have given me in Jesus name.
