The blessedness of seeing

“And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.” Mark 10:51.

It is not everyone that looks who sees but yet a man cannot see without looking. In spiritual matters looking to see can mean two things meditating on the word of God or fasting and praying.  When you do either or both you may see and this is called revelation. This is because that kind of seeing is due to the fact that something is revealed to you by God. When you have revelation then you have power to make things happen, you have a basis to excises your faith and see uncommon results. You receive boldness to go ahead, subdue oppositions and take what belong to you. See the story of Gideon in the book of Judges.  Deep Christians have revelation and the future belongs to such. They are not moved by present challenges and what they go through for they are surely sure that they will get there.

As you prepare to enter the New Year 2014, receive the ability to see in Jesus name.

Challenging contrary patterns

“And it came to pass the same night, that the LORD said unto him, Take thy father's young bullock, even the second bullock of seven years old, and throw down the altar of Baal that thy father hath, and cut down the grove that is by it:” Judges 6:25

Compliment of the season.

As you prepare to enter the new year, the Lord wants me to open your eyes to one important thing that will ensure double perfection in your life in the new coming year. This is dealing with unwanted patterns that have been existing in your family lineage and that have been manifesting in your own life too. You need not enter into the new year with these contrary patterns. For Gideon in Judges chapter 6, it was the pattern of poverty, limitation and failure at the edge of breakthrough. But God told him what he should do to challenge these contrary patterns and receive supernatural empowerment to enter the new pattern of greatness and leadership that God has for him. The instruction was to destroy the idol of his father house and its altar.

Beloved if you have had to deal with a situation over and over again or you have observed contrary patterns in your life that are common to your lineage, then pray these prayer points through:

1.       Every idol speaking against me shall speak no more in Jesus name.

2.       Every idol receiving sacrifices on my behalf, be destroyed by fire in Jesus name.

3.       Every altar of idols of my father/mother house, be destroyed by fire in Jesus name.

4.       I cancel every negative pattern in my life in Jesus name.

5.       Oh God, make my life perfect physically and spiritually in Jesus name.

Receive grace to finish all unfinished battles in your lineage in Jesus name.

You are the winner!

“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.” John 19:30

Beloved, you can’t lose any battle if you stay on the winning side.

A child of God can be confronted by challenges, troubles and problems but He is sure to come out of it victorious. This is because the outcome was decided 2000 years ago. Jesus after receiving the vinegar, declared it is finished and gave up the ghost. The implication is that whatever you are going through, the question is not whether you are going to win or not! You are already the winner!! Jesus swallowed the sorrow of your life and declared it is finished before you are even confronted with the challenge. What then is the question? The question is that are you going to stay on the winning side and see your victory manifesting? To do this, you must keep on doing three things:

1. Keep on fellowshipping with God.
2. Keep on confessing His word
3. Keep on obeying His instruction.

Beloved, you are the winner when you stay on the winning side. I decree that you will end this year well in Jesus name.

A Choice to live

“But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Mathew 4:4

 

Your choice to live is the choice to seek to receive words from God daily.

 

If you have chosen to live then you must not only ensure that you eat only physical foods you must also ensure you receive word from God daily. This is because you will always face challenges which only physical strength cannot handle but also spiritual strength. A word from God will give you wisdom, boldness and strength to conquer your day. How can you enjoy your life in the midst of storm? How can you defeat an enemy that is stronger than you? How can you take step that is uncommon and that brings breakthrough? It is by receiving a word from God. A word from God is the source of conquering faith and the just shall live by faith. Now there are two kinds of word from God, the written word and the spoken word. When you spend time meditating on the written word which is the bible and fellowshipping with God, you will have access into the spoken word. The spoken word is the word for now, it is the currency that works in every nation of the world. It is what separates a man from the multitude. You don’t have any problem; you only need a word from God.

 

I ask God to visit you in Jesus name. You shall live and not die in Jesus name.

Redefining your trouble

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Mathew 6:33

 

I don’t care to know what your present trouble is but I care to announce to you that if you do what I am about to tell you, your trouble will soon become a testimony. Your present trouble is an indication that there is something you do not know or you are not doing.

 

Have doctors given up on you? Do you find it difficult to have children or get married? Do you find it difficult to forge ahead financially? Are you being oppressed by a force that is stronger than you? Do you find it difficult to get rid of certain sin or habit in your life? Is your life stagnant and frustrating? There is only one thing you need to fight for and your troubles will crumble, and that is YOUR TIME WITH GOD. Satan will allow you to do every other thing but resist you from spending time with God. Because he knows that if you do, you will get to know how God works, you will receive His grace and power, you will receive His instructions and revelations, and ultimately the wisdom to subdue your troubles.

 

Beloved your trouble is not the situation that is confronting you but your decision and action to seek God at all cost. This is because if you decide and seek God daily in your life, your troubles will fizzle out.

 

Receive divine help in Jesus name.

Don’t quit!

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” 2Tim 4:7-8

 

Faith is a good fight, don’t quit. If you don’t, you will have the reward.

 

Fight the devil, fight sin, fight negative reports, fight everything that is contrary to God’s promises in your life. Don’t quit fighting the good fight of faith, results are for those who will not quit. Keep on believing God, keep on confessing His promises, keep on praying His will into your life until you pray through. The promised land is for those who refuses to quit but keeps the faith.

 

I don’t care to know what you are passing through right now, but I care to announce to you DON’T QUIT, light is coming, victory is coming, testimony is coming.

 

You will get there in Jesus name.

The Covenant and The Faith

“And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it. Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.” Numbers 13:27-28

 

Two things are important to your destiny: your covenant with God and your faith in His word.

 

Your covenant with God makes you His favorite and your faith in Him is your key to realizing the fulfillment of His promises in your life. The new covenant seal with the blood of Jesus actually places you in the same position with Jesus far above satan and his kingdom (Ephesians 2:6). That is why satan has to use the weapon of ignorance to cheat you of God’s promises. The people of Israel failed not because the covenant was not in place but because they doubted God. God's backing was there for them to enjoy but they chose to believe the giants. My beloved, never give up on anything that God has promised you. Bring down the giants that are challenging you and possess what God has given you in the name of Jesus.

 

When it seems that a battle is being prolonged and a victory is being delayed what you need to do is to ask God for the secret behind such battle and deal with it. Sometimes you may have to apply the power in the blood of Jesus to break unknown covenants and in that case declaring that “I belong to Jesus and I break every known and unknown covenant permitting enemy in my life by the blood of Jesus” may be necessary. When you have to do this, do it aggressively and with all boldness. I can assure you if both the covenant and faith are in place there is nothing that belong to you that you cannot possess.

 

I decree celebrations in your life, fulfillment of destiny for you in Jesus name.

God can do it again!

“And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father's sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him. Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God.” 1 Samuel 17: 34-36.

The fact that God has done something for you before is an indication that He can do greater things again and again. I don’t care to know how big your present challenge is but I care to announce to you that if you can rehearse your pass victories then you can experience greater victory even now.

One key thing that the enemy will fight in you is the boldness to face new challenges, set new goals and go for greater heights. He will like to terrify you with your inability and the size of your challenges. At such time what you need is motivation and inspiration, and this you can get by focusing on what God has done for you and through you in the past no matter how little you think it was. David said to Saul, I had killed a lion before and also a bear, Goliath will come down just like them. He was inspired by the past victories and got boldness for new victory.

I decree that your Goliath shall come down and God will give you new victories in Jesus name.

Our Godly Purpose

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2Peter 1:4

Our Godly purpose is to bring heaven to earth.

We will be able to achieve this purpose if we put on divine nature. That is what it takes to escape the corruption that is in this world. The corruption in this world includes its wicked and unrighteous means of getting things, hatred for the things of God, deception, immorality, witchcraft, poverty, and sickness. We must beat all these and show the world the way to beat them.

Now to achieve this Godly purpose, we must have the knowledge of God’s great and precious promises, we must believe these promises, appropriate them into our lives and walk in them.

The whole process starts with a decision. A decision to be sold out to Jesus Christ and walk in the power of the Holy spirit, a decision not to join the world no matter what we are passing through; a decision to meditate on God’s word and spend concrete time with God everyday; a decision to claim the promises of God until they start to manifest in our lives; and a decision to do only the things that are commanded by God.

Beloved, our best opportunity to change the world is available right now, let’s take this opportunity and surely heaven will reward us.

Expecting men?

" "I can't sir," the sick man said, "for I have NO ONE to help me into the pool when the water is stirred up...."" John 5:7 (New Living) Emphasis mine.

If you wait for man you will waste years but if you wait on God, you will receive strength. Many times we are tempted to build our plans around the promises of men. It doesn't matter how close the person is to you, he may change his mind or not show up and that could amount to loss of time even years. Some may even want to help sincerely but are limited or facing challenges one way or the other. It is true that God will use men to bless men but don't make a man your source, God is your source that cannot fail.

The sick man in our text wasted 38years expecting somebody to help him until Jesus showed up. I suppose many would have promised to help but none did. Can you remember your personal experience or other people experience of disappointment in the hands of men? God wants you to begin to see men as instruments and not your source.

Put your trust in God and let him move men to help you. David said in Psalm 121 that his help comes from the Lord. If you make God your source, He can use anyone for you even your enemies.

You will not lack help in Jesus name.
