7 Decisions that will change your life

“And when he came to himself……..” Luke 15:17
Until a man comes to himself, he cannot take the necessary decision for a change in his life. Quality decisions are the product of deep thought, access to truth and divine revelation. You are a product of your decision. If you are tired of your present situation, make the following decisions and you would be glad you did.
  1. Decide to love and seek God with the whole of your heart. History reveals that People’s lives and stories changed the moment they found God. Abraham, Moses, David, Elijah and Paul the Apostles are few examples.
  2. Decide to obey God at all cost. If you want to spend your days in prosperity and your years in pleasure you must walk daily in obedience to God’s instructions for your life. Job 36:11.
  3. Decide to seek the will and purpose of God for your life. God’s assignment is to reveal His will to us while our own assignment is to discover His will and do it.
  4. Decide to be the best at what you do. When you are the best, you attract kings but when you are a mediocre, you attract mean men. Prov 22:29.
  5. Decide to be a committed tither and sower. When your hands are tight, you cannot enter the fullness of God’s blessing for your life. Prov 3:9-10.
  6. Decide to be a blessing to someone daily. Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy. Mathew 5:7
  7. Decide to be strong and wise in all situations you find yourself. Tough times may come, but they cannot last. Trouble comes to all but the wise always survive. Mathew 7:24-27.
I decree that the wisdom for you to be who God wants you to be rest on you in Jesus name.

God has an answer for you

“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.  In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” John 14:1-2

Welcome to the last quarter of 2014 and the new month of September. I decree that God will crown the year with His goodness for you; and His paths shall drop fatness unto you in Jesus name.

I don’t know what you are doing through but I care to let you know that God has an answer for you. Jesus said you should believe Him and His Father. He said there are many mansions in His Father house, in order words there are answers to all troubles. He has gone to prepare the answer two thousands years ago so the answer is there even before the trouble came. Remember He told Jairus not to fear but only believe in Mark 5:36. At the end of it, Jairus received solution to his trouble. All you need to do is to ask Him for the answer and He will give it to you.

I decree that your trouble is over in Jesus name.

Don’t break your focus!

“And as the king passed by, he cried unto the king: and he said, Thy servant went out into the midst of the battle; and, behold, a man turned aside, and brought a man unto me, and said, Keep this man: if by any means he be missing, then shall thy life be for his life, or else thou shalt pay a talent of silver.  And as thy servant was busy here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel said unto him, So shall thy judgment be; thyself hast decided it.” 1kings 20: 39-40.

Don’t break your focus because if you do, you may kill your vision.

One of the major keys for winning in life is unbroken focus, the ability to handle distraction from the main vision. The enemy will always try to use you to kill your own vision particularly if it is from God; he will want you to concentrate on what looks like it but not really it. If you play into his hands you will never see your vision come to pass.

The person in our text today was actually busy, working hard, but on the wrong thing, so he lost it. If you are married never allow anybody to distract you from your spouse. As a business or career person, once you are convinced on what you want to do, deal with any distraction even if it is some challenges that look hard to handle.

I decree that you will do extremely well the rest of this year in Jesus name.

It may not be easy but it is possible

“And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.” 2Kings 2:10.

Beloved, I welcome you into a new month and also to the second half of 2014, the year of double perfection. Whatever that remains to be perfected in your life shall experience divine perfection in Jesus name.

One of the keys you will need in this second half is the ability not to interpret a hard situation to be an impossible situation. If you consider a situation impossible then the case is closed. Any situation that looks hard is an indication for a search for what will make it possible. When Elisha asked Elijah for the double portion anointing, Elijah told him that it is hard but if he sees him then it will be possible. All that Elisha had to do was to see Elijah so that what was hard could be possible.

Beloved, is there anything that you have been struggling to achieve but looks very hard? The Lord asked me to tell you that it is possible but ask Him what you must do to get it done.

It is your turn to experience a miracle.

Fatherhood of God (2) The Truth and The Lie

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” John 8:44

We are children of God and we enjoy His fatherhood because we believe the truth of His word and reject the lies of the devil.

God created everyone but unfortunately many people are not His children today. We became children of God through receiving the spirit of adoption (Rom 8:15) by believing Jesus who is the word of God and the Truth (John 1:12, 14). Adam and Eve chose to believe the lies of the devil and lost the relationship with God (Gen 3); Jesus called the Jew at that time children of the devil because they believe the lies of the devil and they do it.

Beloved, as children of God, it is our responsibility to continuously seek the truth of God’s word, believe it and walk in it for us to enjoy the blessing of His fatherhood at all times. No matter what you are passing through, devil or your circumstances do not have the final say, never accept or believe their lies. God has the final say, and if you believe and act on His word, you will have victory.

Remain lifted.

The fatherhood of God (1)- Breaking the bondage of fear

“For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.” Romans 8:15

Fear is a product of the spirit of bondage but the presence of a trusted father will break fear at all times.

When I was growing up, there was this spot in our area which was very dark in the night. Whenever I had to pass through this spot, I would run for fear of possible attack from something or somebody. But I remembered one day that I had to pass through the same spot at very late hour with my father by my side. I confidently walked not fearing anything because I believed that my father could handle whatever appeared against us in the dark spot.

Beloved, our heavenly father is a tested and proved father whom you can trust in all situations. Are you in the dark hour of your life? Cry unto him as a father. The presence of this trusted father can handle any challenge that the enemy may throw at you.

Have a great day.
