“And as the king passed by, he cried unto the king: and he said, Thy
servant went out into the midst of the battle; and, behold, a man turned aside,
and brought a man unto me, and said, Keep this man: if by any means he be
missing, then shall thy life be for his life, or else thou shalt pay a talent
of silver. And as thy servant was busy
here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel said unto him, So shall thy
judgment be; thyself hast decided it.” 1kings 20: 39-40.
Don’t break your focus because if you do, you may kill your vision.
One of the major keys for winning in life is unbroken focus, the ability
to handle distraction from the main vision. The enemy will always try to use
you to kill your own vision particularly if it is from God; he will want you to
concentrate on what looks like it but not really it. If you play into his hands
you will never see your vision come to pass.
The person in our text today was actually busy, working hard, but on the
wrong thing, so he lost it. If you are married never allow anybody to distract
you from your spouse. As a business or career person, once you are convinced on
what you want to do, deal with any distraction even if it is some challenges
that look hard to handle.
I decree that you will do extremely well the rest of this year in Jesus
name.
