Give thanks, its half time

“O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” Psalms 136:1

The first half of the year 2020 ends today. The world has not been shaken the way it has been this year since many of us have been born. You and I are still standing. We have not been shaken with the world. God has kept us to this time, despite all challenges.  His mercy and loving-kindness have been extended towards us. It is not that we are better than those who have passed away. But God considers it necessary for you and me to still be alive, we must give Him thanks.

“And David said unto Michal, It was before the Lord, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the Lord, over Israel: therefore will I play before the Lord.” 2 Samuel 6:21
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6

It is important for us to end this first half with thanksgiving, so that we can lay a foundation of divine intervention, protection and blessing for the second half. God has the best for all us in the second half of this year. We cannot miss it if we stay in a relationship and fellowship with Him. Throughout today, let your thanksgiving be more than your requests.

May your heart be filled with joy and your life with prosperity in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God, receive praise and thanksgiving from my mouth as the first half of 2020 comes to an end in Jesus name.
Call to Salvation: Lord Jesus, I believe in the forgiveness of sin and in the redemption from the power of darkness through your blood. I confess you as my Savior and Lord.  I invite you into my life to save my soul. Holy Spirit, come into my heart and make me what you want me to be. Thank you Lord for saving me in Jesus name.

You are coming out

“Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.” Psalms 124:10

This is the word of the Lord to you: you are coming out of every situation that has caused you to weep in Jesus name. The time of weeping is over, the time of joy has come. God will manifest Himself in your situation and cause you to have a turnaround miracle. It does not matter how deep down you are in the situation, believe the word of God this morning and declare it.

“Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him. And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad.” 1 Samuel 1:17-18
“For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalms 30:5

God’s power to change any situation is unlimited. If God is your Father and you have trusted Him, you can expect Him to release His power into your situation. When He does, the source of your trouble does not matter, an end comes to the trouble. Let your countenance be sad no more, because God is releasing His power into your situation right now. The chain of the enemy is broken, the snare is broken and you are coming out.

May you experience an unusual victory as a new week begins in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God arise, break every snare in my life and bring me out for your glory in Jesus name.

The endtime Church 5

“If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:” 2 Timothy 2:2

The endtine Church will be both the persecuted Church and the reigning Church. Satan and his kingdom will unleash their greatest attack against the Church because that is the only Godly institution on earth that can conquer him and his kingdom. Satan cannot and will not prevail against the Church. The Church will reign with Christ. It is important for you to be prepared to suffer for Him and not to deny Him so that you can also reign with Him.

“For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.” Luke 21:15
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

The time for lukewarm Christianity is fast running out. You will no longer be able to sit on the fence. You are either for Jesus or you are against Him. The endtime Church will so much depend on God that fellowship with Him will be their priority. The wisdom and the power that will be available to us cannot be resisted by Satan and the people of the world. The world will hate us, but will also be in desperate  need of us.
May you stand with Jesus in this endtime in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God, keep me strong and spiritually fit for you in times like this in Jesus name.

The endtime Church 4

“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” Mark 8:36

The main work of the endtime Church is soul winning. The rescue of soul from eternal damnation and the pit of hell can only be done by the Church. No other organization, be it religious or secular, has the power to do it. Why? Only in Jesus can we find forgiveness of sin and true deliverance because of His blood that was shed for the redemption of men. The Church is the body of Christ.

“I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work:” John 9:4
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:14

Whether we like it or not, time is running out for this wicked world. Nothing is as valuable as the soul of a man, no matter how good and beautiful the prosperity in this world is. There is an end to everything. But, there is a life beyond now and it is for eternity. The endtime Church must have a passion for souls and engage in aggressive evangelism. If you are truly born again, you must be part of this most important assignment.
May the hand of the Lord be upon you, for soul winning.

Prayer for today: Oh God, give me a passion for souls in Jesus name.

The endtime Church 3

“Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” Zechariah 4:6

The endtime church will be intellectually strong, but that will not be her strength. Her strength will be the Spirit of God. This is because the world also, will be intellectually strong, but what the world cannot accomplish with her intellectual strength, the Church will make happen by the Spirit of God.

“There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say, thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers;:” Daniel 5:11
“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.” Acts 4:13

Read all the books you can, study, and get degrees. Get educated, but most important, press in until you get the fullness of God’s Spirit. Above that, make sure you are fresh in the Spirit daily. Christians in the edtime Church must be knowledgeable, but more importantly, must be the carrier of the Spirit of God. No one can make it without Him.

May you be a carrier of God’s presence and Spirit in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Holy Ghost possess me in Jesus name.

The endtime Church 2

“Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.” Mathew 25:1-2

The endtime church will have two categories of members, the wise and the foolish. The category will depend on whether they carry excess oil or not. This is because extra oil is needed for the endtime church to take her position and be able to remain standing until the bridegroom comes.

“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:” Joel 2:28
“But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.” 1 John 2:27

The foolish were virgins too, they were members of the church too. They had oil, but could not make it because they did not have extra oil. Now think about it, how would you make it if you have been pretending to be a Christian and you are not? How would you make it if you says you are part of the church, but you are not involved? How would you make it if you only attend a church service whenever you like? If you are serious about the salvation of your soul, you must be part of the living church and be committed.

May you enjoy the salvation of the Lord in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God give me the oil that will carry me through in Jesus name.

The endtime Church 1

“And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” Isaiah 2:3

The place of safety in the end time will be the Church and I tell you it will not be the church on the internet or the air but the physical Church. The devil knows that we need one another to build our faith. He will want to isolate us in order to kill our faith and send us to hell.  If you are taking your salvation serious you will need to belong to a bible believing, Holy Ghost powered church and get involved.

“Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” Colossians 2:7-8
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Hebrews 10:25

As the day approaches, social clubs and other worldly activities will not help anyone in this end time. The solution will only be in the Church. You can no longer stand on the sidelines. You are either part of the Church or you are not. You will need teachings that will make you rooted and built up in Christ Jesus to stabilize your faith. Attending Church once every six months or looking for a Pastor when you are only in some trouble will not help you. You need to be part of the Church with a clear purpose, so that you will profit spiritually and physically, and the enemy will not be able to sweep you away.

May the spirit of lukewarmness not overtake you in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: I decree in the name of  Jesus, satan shall not have me, he will not sift me as wheat.

God will answer you

“That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” Hebrews 6:12

Prayer of faith positions God as a Father in your life. When you approach God, do not approach Him as if you have an alternative to Him as your Father. Can you imagine if your father is in control of all resources, human, financial, material, and even times and seasons? That is the God who has become your Father because you gave your heart to Him through Jesus. He will surely answer you and bring you into your promised land.

“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9-10
“And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” Luke 18:7-8

It is the will of God for His glory to be manifested in your life. It is His will for you to have both adequate provision and protection. It is His will for you to have direction in life and to be effective in destiny and purpose. He is the giver of all good things that your life needs. That is why I am confident that He will answer you and change your story. Pray until you see results.

May you experience speedy answers to your prayers in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God arise and let my prayers result in testimonies quickly for Your glory in Jesus name.

They will soon change their mind

“The people waited for him to swell up or suddenly drop dead. But when they had waited a long time and saw no harm come to him, THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND and decided he was a god" Act. 28:6 (New Living).

Whosoever that is waiting for your fall or failure will be disappointed in Jesus name. Paul and the soldiers guarding him escaped the sea after more than 14 days of storm. It got to a stage when all hope was gone, but God intervened and they landed on the island of Malta. As Paul was gathering sticks, a poisonous snake fastened itself onto his hand. So the people thought that maybe he was wicked that was why all the evil was happening to him. They expected him to drop dead. However, when their expectations were disappointed, they changed their mind and concluded he was a god.

“And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.” Luke 1:36
“The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free. He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:” Psalm 105:20-21

Maybe what you have been passing through was like a storm. And people have been talking all kinds of evil about you, expecting you to be swallowed up. Hear the word of the Lord: They will soon change their mind. This is because your story will change. You will not be swallowed up. Rather your miracle will manifest. The same people will thank God for you. For the storm is over. It is impossible for any covenant child of God to be consumed by any challenge whether a storm, serpent, or suffering. This is because you are not alone. God is with you (Isaiah 43:1-2).

You will make it in Jesus name. The storm is over. It is a new season of breakthrough on every side in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God arise and let my story change in Jesus name.

Trusted Fathers

“For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which He hath spoken of him” Genesis 18:19.

Are you a trusted father? A trusted father will command his children in the way of the Lord. A land without trusted fathers suffer a lot, the blessing of God is hindered in such land. A trusted father will pass generational blessings to his children and terminate generational curses. A trusted father will discipline his children in love and have compassion on them.

“As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;” Psalm 103:13
“For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth” Prov 3:12

What are other things a trusted father must do? He must pray through for his children. Most problems that children go through in marriage, career, finances, and such are as a result of the fact that their parents did not pray through for them. A trusted father must overcome the power of his father’s house so that he does not pass the battle to his children. You are presently going through some battles now because your parents passed them to you, you must stop the battles so that your children don’t inherit it. A trusted father must provide for his house. A trusted father must fellowship with his children, teach them wisdom, and impart them with the blessing of favor. A trusted father must love his wife.

If you are a father already, ask for the grace to fulfill fatherhood. If you are not yet a father, know that fatherhood is a responsibility, it requires preparation, ask God to equip you ahead of fatherhood.
Happy father’s day.
Prayer for today: Oh God, make me what you want me to be in Jesus name.

Invest in relationship

“And he wrote in the letter, saying, Set ye Uriah in the forefront of the hottest battle, and retire ye from him, that he may be smitten, and die.” 2 Samuel 11:16

No matter your present level right now, identify good relationships, and invest in them. Your future depends on quality relationships. Also, never despise any man, no matter what levels they are. A good relationship takes an investment of time and love. If you have the right people relating with you in truth and love, you will survive any battle in life. Uriah would have survived the toughest battle if not for the fact that people withdrew from him.

“And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?” 2 kings 5:13
“Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.” Acts 9:39

In this period of lockdown due to Covid 19 pandemics, how may lives have you touched? You may be comfortable, what about the people around you. Namaan would have been a leper for life if not for the fact that he had a good relationship with his servants and he was willing to listen to them. The women would not want Dorcas to go because of her good deed to them. Peter had to pray for her to be brought back to life. Quality relationships will do what money and position cannot do for you.

May your life be profitable to many in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God help me to build quality and faithful people around me in Jesus name.

Your personal factor in your breakthrough

“And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.” Luke 10:27

Your relationship with yourself, God, and people is a major factor in your breakthrough. This relationship is based on love. If you love God, love yourself and your neighbor, you cannot fail. We have discussed the factor of God and your neighbor (people) in your breakthrough. Let us now talk about you. If you love yourself, never give up on your life.

“There are three things that remain—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.” 1 Cor 13:13 (TLB)
“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8

No matter be the case, find a way to work yourself and become better. You will get to your destination in Jesus name. Consider these: seek to know your life’s purpose, set goals based on your purpose, engage in personal development and love instructions, walk in love (love God and people), faith and hope.

May you have power for breakthrough operating your life in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God reveal myself to me and help me to work on myself in Jesus name.

Man’s factor in your breakthrough

“The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.” John 5:7

God will always use a man (or men) to bless another man.  When God’s factor is in place, man’s factor will also be in place. When you touch God, He will send men to you. May you not lack men that are your helpers around you in Jesus name. Men are like Angels sent to a man whose prayers are answered. When you are surrounded by the right people, you will always receive the help that you need.

“And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four.  And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.” Mark 2:3-4
“And a certain man found him, and, behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked him, saying, What seekest thou?” Genesis 37:15

Your helpers of destiny must find you if your struggle must be terminated. A man wasted 38 years in infirmity because he did not have a man, while another was carried by four friends, who even broke the roof to get him help. May you attract the right people into your life.  The way you treat people, your seeds into the lives of others, and your prayers are important for you to always have the right people in your life.

May you have the right people at the right time in your life in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God send helpers of destiny into my life today in Jesus name.

God’s factor in your breakthrough

“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Luke 2:37

When God is involved, your breakthrough is possible. Your limitation or the impossibility around you does matter. The fact that Mary was a virgin or Elizabeth had passed the age of childbearing did not count when God visited them. If you understand how to get God involved and do it, your breakthrough is guaranteed. God’s factor is a major factor that can change your story, particularly if men have described your situation difficult and impossible.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6
“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13

If you still have an alternative, you may not get God. You must come to the point where it is either you find God or nothing. If you arrive at this point, then you are about to experience God in a personal and supernatural way. The reward is a change of story, ask Jabesh in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10.

May you find God and experience a supernatural breakthrough today in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God help me, for I cannot do without You, in Jesus name.

There is hope for you

“For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.” Job 14:7-9

Never give up on God, never give up on yourself, there is hope for you. Just like a tree that was cut down whose root was already waxing old on earth came back again through the scent of water. You will also rise up again. All you need is a scent of water, which can be a word of encouragement, a word of direction, an unusual help, or divine intervention.  Hear the word of the Lord, exactly what you need to rise up again will come to you in Jesus name.

“For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.” Ecc 9:4
“And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.” Luke 15:20

Your connection with God secures your hope and gives you confidence that you will always bounce back. If you are at the bottomless bottom, go into the presence of God and stay there, He will change your story. God cannot breathe on you, and your life still remains the same. Get someone to be in agreement in prayer with you. Keeping your hope alive is important for you to renew your strength and re-fire yourself.

May God give you a sign today that all shall be well with you in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Every dry bone in my life, I speak to you to rise again in Jesus name.

Occupy until He comes

“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.” Luke 19:13

God’s instruction to you as His child is that you should occupy until He comes. Whatever He has given you, no matter how small or how big, is enough for you to obey this instruction. It is possible that you yourself or your situation right now do not look like someone who can occupy anything; this does not matter as long as you are willing to occupy as He has said and you are willing to submit to Him totally.

“He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:  Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:  Until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him.” Psalms 105:17-19
“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5

It is possible that the man who should be holding a position of authority, occupying for the Lord, is a slave for a season. It is even possible that he is a prisoner for a season. But, as long as he does not give up and abide by the Master, he will get to his destination and occupy for His master. What do you do? Keep your eyes on the glorious future. Work on developing yourself, keep friends with people of faith, spend time with God daily, and expect your day of manifestation.

You will get there in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God help me to be who you want me to be in Jesus name.

Change is coming

““If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Job 14:14.

Every unwanted situation has an expiring date. Every affliction is subject to change. I have seen God change many unwanted situations, yours shall not be an exception. Hear the word of the Lord: change is coming to every unwanted situation in your life. The key is that you must trust the Lord, wait upon Him, and do whatever He tells you to do.

“So we don't look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever.” 2 Cor 4:18 (NLT)
“They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.” Psalm 125:1

The best decision that Job made was to stay with God until He brought a change to his situation. He was willing to give God the time to do it. He was not disappointed. This is a sign of absolute trust in the rescuing power of God. The implication of trusting and waiting is seeking the Lord. He has assured that you will find Him if you seek Him with the whole of your heart (Jeremiah 29:13). Never look upon a man for the things that only God can do. Spend time in worship and in prayers with an expectation that God will visit you.
I see God manifesting in your situation in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: I believe I receive divine intervention in my situation right now in Jesus name.

Conquering your fear

“I have killed lions and bears, and I will do the same to this heathen Philistine, who has defied the army of the living God.” 1Samuel 17:36(GNB)

When you conquer the fear within, you conquer the challenge without. Someone said, FEAR is Fake Evidence Appearing Real. The strength of your fear is the strength you give to it.

Let me share with you five anchors to conquer the fear within.
1.Your testimony: if God has helped you to kill a Lion before, He can help you to kill a Goliath now. The higher challenge is a sign that you have graduated. The testimony of yesterday came to establish your confidence to win against the challenges of tomorrow.
2. God’s promises: God has promised not to leave you or forsake you and His promises can never fail. So you are not alone.
3. Other People’s testimonies: God is not a respecter of person, what He does for others, He will do for you. Someone somewhere has been helped by God to conquer this same kind of challenge, God will also help you.
4. Thanksgiving: Maintain a thanksgiving attitude at all times. If you are praiseful you cannot be a prey.
5. Face the challenge: when you face your fear it will phase out. The fear you are not willing to confront, you cannot conquer. It is riskier not to take risks. Just as David moved to confront Goliath, move to confront your fear. 1Sam 17:48

You are more than conquerors says the Lord.

Prayer for today: I curse the source of my fear to die in Jesus name.

If you want to do great things…….

“For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the Lord, which run to and fro through the whole earth.” Zechariah 4:10

If you want to do great things, don’t neglect small things. Small things can become great things if handled correctly. Small instruments can do great exploits if applied correctly. Small steps can lead to great heights if taken. The good news is that we don’t get intimidated by small things, we can all do small things. The bad news is that small things can be despised and if they are despised, we miss great things.

“There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many?” John 6:9
““And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance.” 1 Samuel 17:42

If you can break a big task into small tasks, and do the small tasks, you will achieve the big tasks. Only fools neglect small things. Goliath despised David for his own demise. When the disciple spoke about the two loaves and five fishes, he thought they would not get the job done. But, Jesus took the seemingly small things, blessed it, and was able to feed many. Beloved, I see you accomplishing great things by conquering small things.

May you never neglect small things that will help you do great things in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God help me achieve great things using whatever I have considered small in Jesus name.

The solution is close by

“For salvation that comes from trusting Christ—which is what we preach—is already within easy reach of each of us; in fact, it is as near as our own hearts and mouths.” Romans 10:8 (TLB)

The solution to your challenge is close to you if you put your trust in Jesus. It is not far from you at all. Your main key of access is to believe in your heart and to declare with your mouth. When you do, one or all of these will happen: Your eyes will be opened, you will identify what is in your hand that is useful to handle the challenge, the right people will be mobilized to help you, God Himself will show up for you.

“But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.” Exodus 14:16
“And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance..” 2 Kings 4:2

Whatever you have is enough no matter how insignificant it looks, if God’s hand comes upon it. The rod was enough for the sea to be parted while the small oil was enough for the widow to pay her debts. These instruments were there already they were not far away. I see God opening your eyes to the solution that is close to you in Jesus name.

I see God turning your situation around for your good. This shall turn to you a testimony in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Oh God arise, do a new thing in my life, make a way for me in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert in Jesus name.

Be encouraged with this!

“And it shall turn to you for a testimony.” Luke 21:13

Every challenge is an opportunity for testimony and an opportunity to grow. If there is a challenge, tackle it head-on with your trust in God. Some of us will never know what we know today if we have not passed through certain challenges. Every opportunity, glory, honor, and testimony will always show up in the overall of one challenge or the other. You must keep your eyes on the contents and not on the container for you to be motivated and handle the challenge.

“And David said to Saul, Let no man's heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.” 1 Samuel 17:32
“Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.” Isaiah 48:10

When there is a challenge, don’t panic! Evaluate your strength, identify your weaknesses, seek to turn your weaknesses into strength, connect to God who uses the weak thing to shame the mighty, take positive actions against the challenge and expect a testimony.

I see God turning your situation around for your good. This shall turn to you a testimony in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: I speak to every mountain confronting me to move in Jesus name.

Looking unto Jesus

“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2

Real and winning faith is centered on Jesus. When you look unto Jesus, faith is birthed in you to overcome in any situation. He had gone ahead to endure the cross and despise the shame. He then obtained the crown and the joy that was set before Him. Beloved, there is a joy and a crown ahead of you no matter what you are passing through. The cross shall be over so also the shame, giving way for the glory.

“But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” 1 Peter 5:10
““For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;” 2 Cor 4:17

When you look unto Jesus, you become convinced that your affliction cannot last. When you look unto Jesus you become convincingly convinced that glory is coming. When you look unto Jesus you have confidence that you will soon be settled. When you look unto Jesus you believe your glorious future and doubt your cumbersome present. May you look unto Jesus and see Him in your present situation, May you advance into glory and honor in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Lord Jesus, as I kook unto you, let me see you in every area of my life.

Pray about everything but…

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians 4:6 (NLT)

Pray about everything but worry about nothing. No child who has a capable and trusted father worry about anything. He simply goes to his father if there is any situation he needs help with. We need to see God as our Father that cares about our lives. Never give room for worry in your life no matter what you are going through. However, you need to have a stable and consistent relationship with God through fellowship and prayers. Do not have a fire brigade approach when relating to God.

“The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil.” 1 Peter 3:12 (NLT)
“Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.” John 15:4 (NLT)

Do not wait until trouble comes before you start praying. God wants to hear your voice both at the time peace and at trouble times. More importantly, He wants to speak to you. You cannot be moved by anything in this world if you are convinced that God is with you. Worry cannot be in your life if you are a praying Christian.

May you experience God as your Father in every situation in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God, let my soul long after you as the deer longs for water in Jesus name.

When you pray, believe

“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Mark 11:24

When praying and believing come together, receiving is inevitable. This is the word of Jesus. The implication of this statement is this, anything you desire is praying and believing away. If it is so important, you must pray about it and you must also believe that you have received it, then you shall have it. The question is how do you believe when what you have prayed about looks so impossible? You must know that the fact that you decided to pray about it has shown that there is an element of believing in you. You must just allow that “believing” to take charge after you have prayed.

“And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.” Luke 17:14
“And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?” Luke 18:7

Let me show you how to believe when you pray. The first way is to act in the direction of your prayer. If you have prayed for a job, start applying. If you have prayed about provision stop all worries. The second way is to declare, I believe I receive,” until you see the physical manifestation of your request. The last way is to continue to pray until you see the result.

May you experience answers to your prayers in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: I believe I receive divine intervention in my situation right now in Jesus name.

Quickly and timely!

“And Isaac said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the Lord thy God brought it to me.” Genesis 27:20

God’s response to His children is always both quickly and timely. You can be confident that you will receive a quick and timely help if you rely on God.  Now, this “quick” and “timely” of God may not fit into your own timing, but it will however, be timely and quick enough not to bring you into shame and to give you testimonies.

“And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison. And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.” Acts 12:6-7
“And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink.” Genesis 21:19

Peter’s deliverance came timely and quickly. The same night that Herod wanted to kill him, God sent an Angel to deliver. The same God shall deliver you timely and quickly. When Hagar thought that Ismael was going to die of thirst, God opened her eyes timely and quickly and there was the provision of an abundance of water. I see God paying that bill and debt supernaturally in Jesus name.

May you experience a timely and quick miracle this month in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God arise, appear in my situation timely and quickly in Jesus name.

Make use of the fire

“I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?” Luke 12:49

When your spiritual eyes are blurred and your spiritual ears are dull, make use of the fire of the Holy Ghost. When the enemies are ravaging your territory and it seems you are stranded, use the fire. The fire has a double effect for a believer, it brings deliverance to a believer but judgement to his enemy. The fire is what you need to leave spiritual coldness and to ascend the spiritual authority to be on top of your situation.

“Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” Matthew 3:12
“He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” Daniel 3:25

A simple declaration like this, “Holy Ghost fire fall upon me now,” can bring deliverance to you and judgement to your enemy.  Particularly in this season when spiritual lukewarmness has set in and the enemy wants to take the advantage and bring affliction. It is time to call in the fire, burn the chaff, destroy the chains, subdue the adversary and go forward.

May the fire of the Holy Spirit fall on you in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: Holy Ghost fire fall upon me now in Jesus name.
