“So then faith cometh by
hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17
If you desire to walk in God’s
power, you must be hungry for the word. You cannot have access to God’s word
and remain the same. When you are full of God’s word, you will always be able
to declare the word in every situation both with you and around you. This will
activate the spirit of faith for supernatural manifestation. Luke 6:45b says, “for
of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.”
“This book of the law shall not
depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that
thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then
thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
Joshua 1:8.
“Then spake Joshua to the Lord in
the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel,
and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and
thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon
stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies…” Joshua
10:12-13
Joshua was full of God’s word, so
that when he spoke to the moon and the sun, they all obeyed. Jesus said in John
10:35, “If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the
scripture cannot be broken;”
May you be hungry for the word of
God in Jesus name.
