“The entrance of thy words
giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.” Psalm 119:130
I have said it over and over
again, you need light to explore your mind and bring out the treasures hidden
in it. The second instrument that will bring light to your mind is purposeful
reading. The movement you have identify the questions you want your mind to
answer or the problems you want it to solve , choose books written in that area
and begin to read them.
“This book of the law shall not
depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that
thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then
thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” Joshua
1:8.
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path.” Psalm 119:105
The bible is the greatest source
of light. If you saturate your mind with the bible, you will always have answer
to all matters in the affair of life. However, there are men who have become
experts in some fields and have put their knowledge in writing, if you read
their books, your mind will become illuminated to deliver. There are many books,
but you must read purposefully in order to give your mind a direction.
