“And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone
forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And
his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? And he answered,
Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. And
Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And
the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the
mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” 2 Kings
6:15-17
Beloved the fact that there is no
rain does not mean that there would not be water. The fact that there is the
red sea ahead does not mean that there would not be a way. The fact that you
hit a wall does not mean that you cannot go forward. Physical sights deceive,
spiritual sights deliver. What your physical eyes can see is not all that is
available to see. The fact that it is a fire does not mean it has to burn. The
fact that it is a Lion does not mean it has to eat flesh. When God happens to
any situation, the situation does His will. May God happen to every situation
harassing your life. May you see what God is seeing and become what God wants
you to be in Jesus name.
A lot of us are afraid for
nothing. We are worried for a situation that God has taken care of. I sometimes think about what most of us
suggest about God. Do you suggest that God will forget you, leave you to be put
to shame or to be devoured by the enemy? Then you don’t know Him. Don’t be
carried away by the size of the enemy you can see with your physical eyes; be
confident in the size of God you can only see with your spiritual sight!
“Can a woman forget her sucking
child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea , they
may forget, yet will I not forget thee.” Isaiah 49:16
Beloved, keep on believing God;
keep on serving God, keep on making bold declarations, keep on praying, keep on
sowing your seed, the mountain you are seeing will soon become a plain land.
Prayer
for today: O God open my eyes to see the victory that you have given
me in Jesus name.
