“And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come
upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also
that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.” Luke
1:36
The Holy Spirit upon your life is
your access to the supernatural. The Holy Spirit empowers, anoints, enables and
transforms people. The Holy Spirit makes the impossible possible. The Holy
Spirit can turn your weakness into strength. When the Holy Spirit comes upon
you and the power of God overshadows you, your results will be supernatural.
“And the Spirit of the Lord will
come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into
another man.” 1 Samuel 10:6.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon
me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent
me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and
recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.” Luke
4:18
Mary the virgin was visited by an
Angel who told her that she would conceive. She asked the Angel how that could
happen when she had not known any man. The Angel of God told her that the Holy
Spirit would come upon her and made it possible. Saul was told that he would be
turned into another man when the Spirit of God comes upon Him. Jesus did all
the supernatural work because He was empowered by the Holy Spirit.
May you receive the fullness of
the Holy Spirit in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Let the Holy Spirit
come upon me and let the power of the most High overshadow me in Jesus name.
