“It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his
compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
Lamentations 3:22-23
I decree that this second half
shall be better than the first half in Jesus name. We thank God for showing us
mercies so that we are not consumed. We are sure of His faithfulness to show us
new mercies in this second half. I want to share with you seven new and fresh
things to make the second half of this year better.
1. Fresh
power. Psalms 66:3 says, “Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works!
through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto
thee.” The truth is this you are too important for the enemy to neglect. You
will need fresh power to make your enemy submit at all times. Ask God to anoint
you with fresh power for this second half.
2. Fresh
wisdom. James 1:5 says, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that
giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” It
takes wisdom to do might works (Mark 6:3) and the wisdom is available just for
asking . You need fresh wisdom to deal wisely in all affairs of life and make
this second half better.
3. Fresh
grace. James 4:6 says, “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith , God
resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” God is willing to give
you more grace, all you have to do is to humble yourself before Him and express
that He is all you need. The grace I am talking about here is the divine
ability to make things happen.
