Don’t break your focus. Avoid distraction. Be
successful.
One of the enemies of success is distraction,
avoid it. Don’t be busy here and there. Do one thing at a time. You need all
the information about your assignment. You also need all your energy to make it
happen. Jesus said when you concentrate on one thing, you will be able to see
all that you need to see. Concentration brings illumination. Illumination
brings success and breakthrough. You need the details to be successful and you
will only get the details if you are focused.
“And as the king passed by, he cried unto the
king: and he said, Thy servant went out into the midst of the battle; and,
behold, a man turned aside, and brought a man unto me, and said, Keep this man:
if by any means he be missing, then shall thy life be for his life, or else
thou shalt pay a talent of silver. And
as thy servant was busy here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel
said unto him, So shall thy judgment be; thyself hast decided it.” 1 Kings 20:
38-40.
“And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha,
Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen
that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” Luke 10:41-42
A lot of things will want to complete with the
time you need for your assignment. You must cut them off and focus on your
assignment if you want to be successful.

Prayer for
today: Oh Lord give me the grace to cut off all distractions that want
to steal my success in Jesus name.
