Some challenges come with time and expire with
time. These are like the challenges of a pregnant woman which comes for nine
months and then expire leading to joy and celebration. This kind of challenges
naturally dies when the process of time is completed.
“And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that
thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve
them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; And also that nation,
whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with
great substance.” Genesis 15:13-14
“Behold, I have refined thee, but not with
silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.” Isaiah 48:10
Most challenges that have to do with training,
development and becoming a master in a thing are like this. The faster you
learn the faster the challenge comes to an end. For example, you cannot get
admitted into a University and get a degree on the same day. You must follow
the process. The process may be like passing through a dark time but in the end,
there will be light. You cannot pray such challenge out, but you can ask for
grace and wisdom.
Perhaps you are facing this kind of challenge
right now, I ask God to see you through in Jesus name.
Prayer for
today: Oh God give me grace and wisdom to overcome my challenges in Jesus
name.
