“Ye
are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that
is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4
The evidence of victory mentality in
your life is the boldness of faith. If you carry this victory mentality that
you are an overcomer, you will be bold in every situation that comes your way
with the assurance of faith in God’s word. If you carry this mentality, it will
reflect in the way you talk and the way you act.
Let me give you a very good example.
If you receive an alert on your phone that certain money has been deposited in
your account. Although you have not seen the physical cash, you will be bold to
enter a shop to buy whatever you need. You will even call your wife and ask,
“did you say this morning that you needed 10,000? I will give it to you” Beloved,
I don’t care to know what you are going through but I care to tell you that if
you are born of God, you are an overcomer. Attack your goliaths and mountains from
the mentality of a victor. In 1 Samuel 17:32, David said to Saul, “Let no man's
heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.”
He did not say it only, he went after Goliath, spoke against him and killed him
using an insignificant instrument. That is the kind of mentality of victory you
and I should carry.
May you see the manifestation of
victories in every area of your life in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: I declare in the
name of Jesus, God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, and of
love, and of a sound mind.
