“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the
world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” 1
John 5:4
When God’s word is spoken and heard, faith is
born. This word is superior to your situation and circumstances. It has power
to make all things conform to it, if it is believed, declared and acted upon.
Faith becomes a fight when the evidence seems to be contrary to the word. If
you choose to believe the evidence you lose but if you believe the word you
win. Twelve spies were sent to the promised land. They all saw the same things
but ten of them decided to believe what they saw while the other two believed
the promise. Only the two that believed the word of God got into the land.
Jairus was told that his daughter was dead. Jesus said he should not be afraid
but needed only to believe. He believed Jesus, and his daughter passed from
death to life. Any situation is subject to change, when there is a word for it.
“Now when he had left speaking, he said unto
Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And
Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have
taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they
had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.”
Luke 5:4-6.
Beloved, to win the faith fight, ask for a
word. And whatever the word says, do it.
I see you getting into your promised land in
Jesus name.
