Winning with your skills 2

“If the ax is dull, And one does not sharpen the edge, Then he must use more strength; But wisdom [brings success.” Ecclesiastes 10:15

Skills must be sharpened to be productive. A footballer must do training to be fit on the football field no matter how skillful he is. Training is needed to be effective in the use of your skills. No matter how talented you are, if you are not trained, the skill may not produce the expected result.

Mentoring in particular allow you to see other ingredients that must be added to your skill in order to be effective. Samuel was mentored by Eli. 1 Samuel 3:9 says, “So Eli told Samuel, “Go and lie down, and if he calls you, say, ‘Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.’” So Samuel went and lay down in his place.” Elisha was mentored by Elijah. Formal and informal education, apprenticeship is important for skills to be sharpened. It is wisdom to determine what you need to sharpen your skills.

I decree that you are manifesting with the use of your skills in Jesus name.
