“When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched
his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And
straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body
that she was healed of that plague.” Mark 5:27-29
If your faith says yes, God will
not say no! Throughout the scripture, God never denied a man whose mind is made
up; whose confidence is unbroken. See Hannah (1Sam 1), Shadrach, Meshack and
Abednego (Daniel 3), Esther (Esther 4), Jacob (Gen 32). The woman with the
issue of blood in our text received her healing after making up her mind to
touch the helm of Jesus garment.
“Then Jesus answered and said unto
her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her
daughter was made whole from that very hour.” Matthew 15:28
The story of the Canaanite woman
in Mathew 15:21-28 is a powerful illustration of this truth. When she presented
her request, Jesus did not answer her a word. Most people would have given up
at that level, concluding that God is saying no or asking them to wait. This
woman continued and the response of Jesus should have swept her off her feet
but the woman’s confidence that she would receive her request was unbroken.
Jesus concluded that her faith was great and gave her the miracle she desired.
Beloved, do you need a miracle,
divine intervention, power of God or what? If your faith says yes, God will
never say no!
This is your season of
breakthrough, rejoicing and blessing in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: I received all that
God has planned for me to receive this year in Jesus name.
