Four Implications of His birth 1

“Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.” Mathew 1:23

The first implication of His birth is the reality of God’s presence with us. If you are a believer in Christ Jesus, you are not alone, God is with you. You know what that means? To answer the question of what it means we can examine briefly the lives of Joseph, Gideon, Isaac, Moses and Paul.

Joseph story was turned to glory because God was with him (Acts 7:9-10). The timid Gideon became a mighty man of valour because God was with him (Judges 6:12). Isaac sowed in time of famine and reap hundred folds, he became great in a strange land because God was with him (Genesis 26). Moses had rest despite leading 3 million people because God was with him (Exodus 33:14). Paul and others with him could not be killed on the sea because God was with him (Acts 27:23-25)

Beloved, it does not matter what you passing through, let us celebrate the birth of Christ because God is with us. And because He is with us, we will laugh last.

May you experience the reality of God’s presence in this season in Jesus name.

Prayer for today: I declare in the name of Jesus, God is with me, my future is secured and I have nothing to fear or worry about.
