“If you
sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will
your heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” Luke 9:13(New
Living)
God knows how
to give us good gifts. If we ask God and believe Him, He will do it for us. God
is our Father and He is not limited in anyway.
It is amazing
to discover that God is interested in every detail of our lives: The first time
I ever heard God’s audible voice was in a chemistry examination in my
university days; Several
times we have received financial miracles. Even when there is a ‘problem’, it
is actually a miracle in
disguise if we can talk to God about it.
If you have
had a wonderful earthly father, may I tell you that God is far and exceedingly
wonderful than that. If you trust Him with every detail of your life and obey
His instructions you will enjoy His Fatherhood.
God is closer
to you than you can imagine!
