“Be angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:” Ephesians 4:26
Anger is a temporary situation. Anger is a reaction, an emotional situation. A man that is quick to anger is a fool (Eccl. 7:8). It is dangerous to speak or act when angry because anger will disappear but what has been done or said cannot be reversed. Moses, a man called to deliver the people of Israel lost the opportunity to enter the Promised Land to anger; he spoke and acted wrongly because he was angry (Numbers 20:10-12). It is not wrong to get angry but it becomes a sin when your anger last a day. Anger is not always bad because you may need it to challenge a contrary situation; but you must always ask for God’s wisdom in handling the situation that gets you angry for by strength shall no man prevail (John 2:13-17).
To conquer anger, do the following:
1.Meditate on these scriptures and other scriptures related to anger: Ecc. 7:9, Prov. 14:17, Prov. 22:24, Math. 5:22, Eph 4:26.
2.Ask God to deliver you from the spirit of anger.
3.Be sensitive to situations that get you angry and ask for God’s grace to handle them.
4.When you are angry, do nothing except what you are sure is commanded by God.

Thanksgiving ... your key to mutiplying the blessing
“Jesus took the bread, gave thanks to God, and distributed it to the people who were sitting there. He did the same with the fish, and they all had as much as they wanted.” John 6:11(GNB)
Jesus wanted to feed thousands of people but he had only five loaves and two fishes which obviously were not enough. He took what was available and gave THANKS; when the little was then distributed, it was more than enough.
Beloved, I don’t care to know the degree of blessing that you have received from the Lord recently but I care to tell you that you can multiply the blessing by giving thanks. There are two areas of thanksgiving I want to expose to you in this piece.
1. Thanksgiving attitude. This is recognizing that what you have is given to you by God and so you remain little in your own eyes. When you maintain this attitude, the blessing continue to flow to you. “And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel?” 1Samuel 15:17.(KJV)
2. Thanksgiving actions: These include Singing and dancing unto the Lord (Psalm 100) and thanksgiving offering (Psalm 50:14)
I decree that you shall have many causes to give thanks this year in Jesus name.

GET THE ARK IN
You can break the arms of the oppressor and the tormentor in any area of your life! You can break their heads!! You can permanently destroy them!!! Only if, you will get the ark into every area of your life and keep it there permanently.
“They carried the Ark of God into the temple of Dagon and placed it beside the idol of Dagon. But when the citizens of Ashdod went to see the next morning, Dagon had fallen with his face to the ground in front of the Ark of the Lord! So they set the idol up again. But the next morning the same thing happened – the idol had fallen face down before the Ark of the Lord again.THIS TIME HIS HEAD AND HANDS HAD BROKEN OFF and were lying in the doorway. Only the trunk of his body was left intact” 1 Sam 5: 3-4(New Living Translation)
They may be legal oppressors and tormentors. May be you invited them; may be they came in by curse or covenant; may be their presence is as a result of foundational pollution or family inheritance. All you need to do to break their heads is to bring in the Ark of God – The presence of God.Dagon was in its legal house. The house was dedicated to it, its altar was there, sacrifices had been offered to it there but yet when the Ark of God came in, it(Dagon) was crushed into pieces! You need not suffer anymore under the oppression of any demonic personality in any area of your life. Just bring in the presence of God- the Ark.The Ark of God today is the Holy Spirit. The presence of the Holy Spirit represents the ultimate power available in heaven and on earth. Physicists say that when current moves from one point to another, work is done and the work is called potential difference.Similarly, when the Holy Spirit moves, a yoke destroying, burden removing work called the Anointing is done. You can contact Him through(1) Asking. Math. 7:7. (2). Praising Him Acts 16:25-26 and (3.) The Word John 6:63.You can also contact Him through anointed Men of God but your personal faith developed through the Word of God and prayer is needed to keep Him in your life.I ask God to show you His glory. Let the presence ofthe Lord dominate every area of your life and let every demonic domination and control be broken in Jesus name. Amen.

Drop the stone
"They kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, "All right, stone her. But let those who have never sinned throw the first stones!"" Jhn 8:7(NLT)
One of the greatest emotional upsets is caused when someone offends you and you are unable to forgive. The truth is that if you don't forgive, you cannot beforgiven. (Mathew 6:12). Most times, what we hold against men are things that we are guilty of either against God or other people. And that is the reason we should not be judgemental in our approach to the behavior of others.Jesus told the accusers of the woman that whosoever has not sinned before should cast the first stones.And no one could cast any stone. When you forgive, you release yourself and allow God to take care of the situation. Whososever that might have offended you,forgive...drop the stone.
I ask God to give you the grace to forgive others in Jesus name.

The Great Commandment
“Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Mathew 22:36-40
The great commandment is centered on love: Love for God and for your neighbor. Jesus said on these hangs the law and the prophets, in order words this is the first and most important message the world needs. God is love; Jesus is the expression of God’s love towards all men. Then the message of love is not for Valentine’s Day alone but for all days.
Now if Valentine’s Day is to be celebrated as a lover’s day it must not be to commit immorality or act against God but to do that which love actually means: making others and the society better. The Bible says about Love “Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud; love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable; love does not keep a record of wrongs; love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth. Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail. Love is eternal.”
Beloved, when you truly love, you have fulfilled the great commandment.

Your Winning Edge
“And it is a rare thing that the king requireth, and there is none other that can shew it before the king, except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.” Daniel 2:11.
Your winning edge over unbelievers and people of the same qualifications with you is the indwelling Spirit of God. There is no riddle He cannot crack. No problem He cannot solve.
In our text, Nebuchadnezzar asked his wise men to tell him his dream and the interpretation but they could not. They confessed that it was beyond them that only those “gods” could do it. If you complete that chapter, you will discover that Daniel did it. I am happy to inform you that you too can do that which men have labeled impossible because the Bible even calls you “god” if the word of God has come to you (John 10:35).
Is there any situation in your office, home, personal life, business, ministry etc that seems to be beyond your training and experience? Don’t be afraid tune in to the God on the inside of you. That is your winning edge. Others may not be able to survive it but you can!! because He lives on the inside of you and He will reveal the solution to you.

No Shaking!
“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.”

There may be wind; there may be storm; there may be world wide economic crisis; there may be fire but when you are a doer of the word, you CANNOT be subdued. Beloved the only way to live above the storm is to find what God’s word says and DO IT.
The Widow of Zarephath did the word and lived above famine (1kings 17). The bridegroom’s friends did the word and recued him from shame (John 2). Isaac did the word and lived in abundance during famine (Gen 26). Peter acted on the word and walked on water (Mathew 14). The three Hebrew youth did the word and conquered fire (Daniel 3). Daniel did the word and conquered lions (Daniel 6). Beloved, whatever happens in the world, don’t loose your grip on the word. When you do the Word, NO SHAKING!!!
