Fear not

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10 KJV

Fear not, for God has promised to be with you, strengthen and help you. It does not matter if what is confronting you seems bigger than you; God has promised to be with you, and He is bigger than all. In Joshua 1:9, God commanded Joshua, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." The promises God made to His people back then remain true for you today. Stand firm and trust that He will make a way through every challenge. I sense a change of season for you; don’t be afraid of any opposition.

Fear may try to grip your heart; don’t give room to it, but remember that God’s love is perfect and casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). David, a young shepherd facing the giant Goliath, declared his confidence in the Lord when he said, “The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine” (1 Samuel 17:37). He did not allow fear to dominate him. Still, he stood firm in faith, and God delivered him. The same God who was with David is with you now. Trust in His word, believe in His promises and go forward in boldness. As you prepare to enter this new season, know that He goes before you, strengthening and upholding you.

Prophetic word: “Fear not, for I am with you, and My hand will uphold you through every season. What lies before you may seem uncertain, but I have gone ahead of you to prepare the way. This year, I will give you strength beyond measure and peace that surpasses understanding. The challenges you face will become stepping stones to greater faith and victory. Trust Me, for I am your God, the One who commands the wind and calms the storm. Do not be discouraged, for I am releasing a new grace upon you—an anointing for breakthrough, an anointing to overcome. Believe My promises, and you will see My faithfulness manifest in ways beyond your imagination. In your weakness, I am your strength, and in your uncertainty, I am your assurance. Fear not, for I am making a way for you.”

Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the assurance that You are always with us. We surrender our fears and doubts to You, asking that Your perfect love would cast out every fear from our hearts. Strengthen us, Lord, to walk by faith and not by sight, trusting fully in Your promises. Let Your peace guard our minds and hearts as we step into the new year. We pray for fresh courage, boldness, and a spirit of unwavering trust in Your word. Father, let this be a season of breakthroughs and divine intervention. As we place our lives in Your hands, let every obstacle turn into an opportunity for Your glory to shine through. We declare victory in every area of our lives and thank You for the miracles and testimonies ahead. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
