And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.” Luke 1:34-35(KJV)
If you have the Holy Ghost, you will experience new things; you will experience the impossible. He is the divine enabler for new things and the miraculous. When Mary asked how the impossible would happen, the angel revealed that the Holy Ghost would overshadow her, ushering in the birth of the Savior (Luke 1:34-35). Similarly, at the very dawn of creation, the Spirit of God moved over the formless and empty earth, bringing forth light, life, and order (Genesis 1:1-2). The Holy Ghost specializes in transforming impossibilities into testimonies, turning barren situations into fruitfulness. Isaiah prophesied that when the Spirit is poured out from on high, wildernesses would blossom and fruitful fields would flourish like forests (Isaiah 32:15). Indeed, the Holy Ghost is the architect of every divine new thing.
Even Jesus, during His earthly ministry, demonstrated that the power of the Holy Ghost is essential for walking in the miraculous. Acts 10:38 tells us that God anointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost and with power, enabling Him to go about doing good, healing all who were oppressed. Whether it’s empowering new beginnings, birthing divine purposes, or transforming ordinary lives, the Holy Ghost is the catalyst. Trust in His presence, and you’ll step into a season of unprecedented new things, where the impossible becomes possible, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary. As Zechariah 4:6 reminds us, “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.”
Prophetic word: The Lord is saying to you today: "Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert" (Isaiah 43:19). My Spirit is moving over your life to birth the impossible and bring forth divine transformation. Where there has been emptiness, I am bringing fullness; where there has been barrenness, I am causing fruitfulness. The power of the Holy Ghost is overshadowing you, unlocking doors, and manifesting My glory in your life. Get ready for new dimensions of favor, miracles, and breakthrough, for with My Spirit, all things are possible."
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift and power of the Holy Ghost. I open my heart to Your Spirit today and ask that You overshadow my life just as You did with Mary. Let Your power bring forth new things, miracles, and divine manifestations in every area of my life. Holy Spirit, breathe upon every wilderness and barren place, causing them to flourish and abound. Anoint me afresh to walk in the supernatural and to fulfill every divine assignment. Father, let Your Spirit guide, empower, and transform me so that Your will is established in my life. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
