Build your strength in God!

“If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.” Genesis 50:20 KJV

The answer to any adversity is divine enablement and empowerment. If we are in this world, adversity will come (Job 14:1). However, there is a place of rest amid a world of adversities (Hebrews 4:2, Matthew 7:24-25). When you have power (strength) with God, you prevail in any circumstance (Philippians 4:13, Genesis 32:28). I have known from the scriptures that all battles are decided in my favor if I have God’s backing, no matter the strength and the weapons of the opposition (1 Samuel 17). The most important things in my life are the favor (with God and man), wisdom, and the power of God (Luke 2:52). All this is available through fellowship, hearing God’s voice, receiving His Spirit, and walking in obedience. Once you know what you need to do and do it, God will surely do what He needs to do (Hebrews 13:5); consequently, all adversities lose power.

This week will be stress-free for you in Jesus’ name (Exodus 33:14).

Prophetic word: The Lord says, “I am fortifying you with My strength. Though the storms may rise and challenges press on every side, know that I am with you, and My strength is made perfect in your weakness. I am turning what the enemy meant for harm into good, and I am positioning you for breakthrough and victory. Stand firm, for the battle belongs to Me, and I am your defender. Like Joseph, you may have faced betrayal, and like David, you may have encountered giants, but I am empowering you to overcome. Lean on Me, abide in My presence, and walk in obedience. For I am lifting you above your adversaries and making you a testimony of My faithfulness. You will look back on these days and see My hand guiding and strengthening you every step of the way.”

Prayer: Father, I thank You for Your unfailing strength and for being my strong tower and refuge. I pray that You fill me with Your divine power and strengthen me to stand firm in every challenge. Like David, help me to see every battle as Yours, not mine, and to trust in Your ability to deliver me. Lord, I pray that You would transform every adversity into a testimony of Your grace and power. Give me the courage to walk in obedience, the wisdom to discern Your guidance, and the faith to trust in You. May I grow in favor with You and man, and may Your Spirit empower me to fulfill every purpose You have set before me. In Jesus’ name, I declare victory over every trial, and I stand assured that You are working all things together for my good. Amen.
