The sheep of His pasture!

“Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.” Psalm 100:3 KJV

To be a sheep in God’s pasture is to live under the care, direction, protection, and provision of the Shepherd. The Lord feeds, restores, guides, and preserves His sheep (Psalm 23:1–4). In a dark and uncertain world, who you follow matters. Jesus is the good Shepherd (John 10:14) and following Him requires you to do so as a sheep follows a Shepherd wholeheartedly (John 10:3-4).

Caleb entered his inheritance because he “wholly followed the Lord,” so the giants did not matter (Numbers 14:24). Many things may presently demand your attention. This may include marriage, promotion, finances, career, family, or an unfulfilled dream. Yet when we follow Him as sheep in His pasture, the burdens are no longer ours to carry.

Prophetic Word: As you follow the Lord wholeheartedly, may every confusion give way to divine direction, every scarcity to provision, and every opposition to breakthrough. Like Caleb, you will possess the portion God has appointed for you in Jesus’ name

Prayer: Lord Jesus, You are my Shepherd. Deliver me from distraction, self-will, and divided devotion. Give me grace to follow You wholeheartedly, hear Your voice, obey Your direction, and remain in Your pasture. Lead me into Your purpose, preserve me from evil, and cause my life to bear fruit for Your glory. IN JESUS’ name. Amen.
