“Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation. And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.” Isaiah 12:3-4
Joy is indeed the access key to the treasures of salvation! Isaiah 12:3-4 reminds us that “with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.” This well is not shallow—it contains healing, peace, divine guidance, deliverance, provision, and eternal life. However, the bucket that draws from this well is joy. When joy is absent, access becomes difficult. That’s why the enemy works overtime to drain your joy through discouragement and distraction. But remember Paul and Silas in Acts 16:25-26—though beaten and imprisoned, they chose to sing and rejoice, and their praise caused an earthquake that loosed their chains. Joy activates heaven’s intervention!
In the midst of trials, choose joy like David did in 1 Samuel 30:6—“But David encouraged himself in the Lord his God,” and from that moment, recovery and restoration followed. Don’t let your situation mute your celebration. Job, despite his afflictions, declared in Job 19:25, “I know that my Redeemer lives.” Habakkuk also said, “Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation” (Habakkuk 3:18). As March ends today, make up your mind to rejoice. Rejoice for what God has done, what He’s doing, and what He will yet do. Joy is not an emotion; it's a weapon. Stay joyful, because that’s your access key.
Prophetic word: The Lord is saying to you, “My child, guard
your joy, for it is the gate to your inheritance. The enemy sought to silence
your praise and weary your soul, but I say to you: Rejoice! For I am turning
your mourning into dancing and your ashes into beauty. The well is full—draw
from it. Healing is there. Peace is there. Breakthrough is there. Provision is
there. I have placed within you a wellspring of joy that no circumstance can
dry up. As you rejoice, you shall see walls fall, chains break, and rivers flow
in the desert. Your joy is unlocking what was sealed. Keep your eyes on Me, for
the joy of the Lord is your strength, and by that joy, you will run and not be
weary, you will walk and not faint.” Amen.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, Thank You for the well of salvation made available
through Jesus Christ. Today, I tap into that well with joy! I refuse to let
circumstances, fear, or sorrow rob me of my access key. I declare that the joy
of the Lord is my strength, and I draw from the wells of healing, provision,
and restoration with rejoicing. Lord, just like David, I choose to encourage
myself in You. I praise You now for divine intervention, for open doors, and
for the testimonies that are already on the way. Let my joy become a fragrance
that attracts heaven’s attention. Father, fill me afresh with the oil of
gladness and restore to me the joy of my salvation. In Jesus' mighty name,
Amen!.
