Reaching out to Jesus

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6KJV

God is always faithful in honoring those who reach out to Him with unwavering belief. The Scripture shows how He responds to hearts full of faith and earnest seeking. In Mark 5:28, the woman with the issue of blood, despite the crowd and her weakness, reached out, believing that a single touch of Jesus' garment would heal her. And indeed, her faith was rewarded instantly with wholeness. Similarly, in Mark 2:3-5, four friends, driven by faith and compassion, broke through a roof to lower their paralyzed friend into Jesus' presence, and Jesus responded by healing and forgiving. These acts of faith demonstrate that when we are intentional and determined to reach out to Jesus, we open the door to His miraculous power and mercy.

God’s promise to reveal Himself to those who seek Him wholeheartedly is echoed in Jeremiah 29:13: “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” This is an invitation to know Him more deeply, as He rewards those who pursue Him with a genuine desire. When we ask for divine revelation and wisdom, we are blessed with insight and the authority that comes from knowing Christ, as mentioned in Matthew 16:16-19. Seek His guidance and power in every area of life, trusting He will respond and reward your faith. Just as He did for those who came to Him with expectancy, He will meet you in your place of need and reward you with His presence, healing, and provision.

Prophetic word: The Lord says, "Do not let doubt or discouragement keep you from reaching out to Me. Just as I responded to those who sought Me with faith and determination, I am ready to respond to you. I always draw near to those who draw near to Me, who will not let anything hinder their faith. I am the God who rewards the diligent and turns persistence into results. As you seek Me with your whole heart, I will reveal Myself in new ways, unveiling My power and wisdom in your life. Reach out boldly; I have prepared breakthroughs, healing, and wisdom to strengthen and sustain you. Let faith be the fuel that drives you forward, for I am here, ready to meet every need, bless, and make whole."

Prayer: Father, I thank You for being a rewarder to those who diligently seek You. Today, I come before You in faith, asking that You reward me with Your presence and power. Lord, just as the woman touched Your garment in faith, I reach out to You, asking for healing, provision, and wisdom in every area of my life. Help me to remove every doubt, every barrier that keeps me from You, and fill me with a heart that seeks You wholeheartedly. I pray for Your presence to fill my life, bringing clarity where there is confusion, strength where there is weakness, and peace where there is unrest. Thank You, Lord, for Your promises and Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
