“Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” Hebrews 10:38KJV
The atmosphere of faith is where the impossible becomes possible. Consider blind Bartimaeus—his faith was stirred when he heard that Jesus was near (Mark 10:47). In contrast, Peter began to sink when he took his eyes off Jesus and focused on the storm (Matthew 14:30). Surrounding yourself with fearful or doubtful voices is dangerous; such company can drown your destiny. Scripture warns that the double-minded person should not expect anything from the Lord (James 1:6–8). But God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stay in the Word, stay in faith, and stay away from voices that oppose God’s promises—because destiny thrives where faith is alive.
Prophetic word: Feed your faith, for in this season I am calling you to walk on what others fear to touch. I am stirring up within you a boldness like that of Caleb, who said, ‘We are well able to overcome it’ (Numbers 13:30). Do not draw back, for My soul takes no pleasure in shrinking faith. I have already gone before you to level the mountains and make the crooked paths straight (Isaiah 45:2). Your victory is not in the noise of men but in the stillness of faith-filled obedience. Like Bartimaeus, when you hear My Word and respond in faith, your eyes will be opened and your destiny will be accelerated. I have not called you to fear, but to rise in faith, for in faith, you will possess what I have promised.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of faith. I repent for every time I fed my fears more than I fed my faith. Today, I choose to live by faith and not by sight. Just as You spoke peace to the storm and opened blind eyes, speak into my spirit now and silence every voice of fear, doubt, and discouragement. Let the spirit of boldness rest upon me like it did on Joshua and David. I receive grace to meditate on Your Word daily and to believe even when the natural circumstances say otherwise. Lord, connect me with faith-builders and disconnect me from destiny drainers. In this season, let my faith produce breakthroughs, miracles, and open doors. In Jesus' name, Amen.
