You have power!

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” John 1:12 KJV

As a born-again child of God, you are not powerless! Whether you feel it or not, you carry divine authority through Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit dwells in you, making you a living temple of God's presence (1 Corinthians 6:19). You have authority over the powers of darkness, and no opposition should intimidate you. Jesus declares, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy” (Luke 10:19). You are empowered to advance God's Kingdom and manifest His authority on earth.

Therefore, refuse to surrender to fear, intimidation or the storms of life. When Goliath threatened David, he boldly declared, “I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts” (1 Samuel 17:45). Stop allowing circumstances to dictate your destiny. Rise in faith, speak God's Word and exercise your authority in Christ. You are not called to be defeated but to stand victorious! Speak to that storm and command it to be still in Jesus' name (Mark 4:39).

Prophetic Word: I declare that every storm raging against your life shall be silenced! Every power intimidating your destiny shall bow to the authority of Jesus Christ. Rise and walk in your God-given victory.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the power and authority I have through Jesus Christ. I refuse to be ruled by fear or circumstances. I arise in victory and declare peace over every troubled area of my life, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
