Power at the gate! 2

“The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city.” Ecclesiastes 10:15 KJV

Many struggles persist not because the gate is impossible to open, but because we do not yet know what to do. Strength without wisdom produces exhaustion. The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 10:10, “Wisdom is profitable to direct.” When you do not know the way forward, do not keep fighting blindly, ask God for wisdom (James 1:5).

At the Red Sea, God gave Moses a specific instruction in Exodus 14:16, “Lift thou up thy rod.” At Jericho, Israel received an unusual strategy that brought down an impossible wall (Joshua 6:1–5). Your breakthrough may be connected to an instruction you have not yet received or obeyed. Knowing what God wants you to do is power at the gate.

Prophetic Word: May God reveal the instruction that will end your frustration. Where you have struggled without results, divine wisdom will give you direction, and every stubborn gate before you shall open in Jesus’ name.

Prayer: Father, I refuse to labour without direction. Give me wisdom and show me what to do. Reveal the strategy for my breakthrough, order my steps, and cause every closed gate before me to open, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
