“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” 2 Corinthians 13:14 KJV
The Christian wisdom begins with a living relationship with Jesus
Christ. Our connection to Him is the foundation of every meaningful, fruitful,
and victorious life. Jesus teaches that He is the Vine and we are the branches,
meaning that our strength, direction, productivity, and spiritual fruitfulness
come from abiding in Him. Without Him, human effort becomes limited, but with
Him, life receives divine wisdom, grace, and backing. As John 15:7 says, when
we abide in Him and His words abide in us, our prayers become aligned with His
will and our lives begin to produce lasting results.
Many people teach that success comes from working on oneself more than
working on one’s job. While this may sound motivational, the deeper biblical
truth is that the believer must first work on their relationship with Christ.
When your relationship with Jesus is strong and your fellowship with the Holy
Spirit is alive, you will know what to do, where to go, what to avoid, and how
to fulfil your purpose. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God,
and the communion of the Holy Spirit become the believer’s advantage in life (2
Corinthians 13:14). The Christian wisdom is to stay connected to Christ, and your
life will bear fruit.
Prophetic Word: I declare that as you abide in
Christ, your life shall not be barren. You shall receive divine direction,
wisdom, favour, and strength. Every area of confusion shall receive light, and
every dry place in your life shall begin to bear fruit. The Lord will order
your steps, establish your work, and give you results that human strength alone
cannot produce, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, help me to abide in You daily. Strengthen my
relationship with You and deepen my fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Let Your
word dwell richly in me, guide my decisions, and align my desires with Your
will. I receive grace to bear lasting fruit in my life, family, ministry,
career, and purpose. Without You I can do nothing, but with You I receive
wisdom, strength, and divine backing. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
