It is finished!

“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.” John 19:30 KJV.

When Jesus declared, “It is finished” (John 19:30 KJV), He was not merely marking the end of His physical suffering, but announcing the completion of a divine assignment — the fulfillment of the law, the end of sacrifices, and the victory over sin, death, and the works of the devil (Romans 10:4; Hebrews 10:10-14). His statement echoed triumph, not defeat. The Lamb of God had taken away the sin of the world (John 1:29), and in that moment, the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom (Matthew 27:51), symbolizing direct access to God. Every curse of the law was nailed to the cross (Galatians 3:13), and He disarmed principalities and powers, making a public show of them (Colossians 2:14-15). Jesus' completion of the work means believers no longer strive for righteousness through works but receive it by faith, entering a rest secured by grace (Hebrews 4:9-10).

Therefore, the cry “It is finished” must resonate in our hearts as a settled truth, not just doctrinally, but practically. Fear, shame, bondage, generational curses, and spiritual defeat are all part of what He nailed to the cross. Just as the Israelites were instructed to walk in the freedom and victory God had given them (Deuteronomy 20:4; Joshua 1:9), we too must reject anything contrary to what Christ completed. Bitterness, like the vinegar He tasted, was swallowed up in His final act of obedience; He bore it, so we don't have to. The Christian life must reflect resurrection power — healing, peace, boldness, and freedom. As Paul said, “Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57). Let this truth govern our thinking and our walk, for truly, it is finished.

Prophetic word: I hear the Spirit of the Lord say, "It is finished indeed!" Every battle you’ve been fighting in your strength has already been won in the realm of the Spirit. The blood speaks for you. The cross has cancelled every accusation. You are not under the weight of guilt, shame, or repeated cycles. You are entering into a season of divine rest, not because the storm stopped, but because the victory has been declared. The yoke of delay, rejection, and spiritual stagnation is broken. What was held back is being released. Doors that were shut shall open without resistance. Walk in the finished work. Live in the finished victory. Declare with boldness — "It is finished in my life, in my health, in my family, in my calling, and in every battle of the soul." You will not die in what Jesus already defeated. Rise, take possession, and manifest the testimony of the cross!

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for the finished work of the cross. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for declaring “It is finished” — not as a cry of defeat but as a shout of eternal victory. Today, I align my life with that declaration. I lay down every burden You have already carried, every battle You have already won, and every sin You have already forgiven. Let the power of the cross speak in my body, my mind, my family, my finances, and my future. I refuse to accept what You have rejected — no more bitterness, no more defeat, no more fear. Let every chain be broken and every gate of brass shattered. Lord, help me to walk in the full reality of this victory, daily manifesting the triumph of the cross. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

It is written!

“But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4KJV.

When Jesus was tempted by the devil in the wilderness, He overcame each assault by declaring, “It is written” (Matthew 4:4, 7, 10). This phrase was His sword, His authority, and His victory. The written Word of God is not just text—it is living, active, and powerful (Hebrews 4:12). Jesus reminded Satan that man does not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. In times of trial, fear, or uncertainty, the believer’s defense is not in natural strength, but in declaring what God has already said. David said, “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee” (Psalm 119:11). When you know what is written, you are armed to resist, withstand, and triumph.

Even when the enemy or systems of this world try to establish decrees against you, the Word can cancel them. Daniel was thrown into the lions’ den because of a law that “could not be changed” (Daniel 6:8), but the Word of God shut the lions' mouths (Daniel 6:22). Jesus was crucified under the inscription “Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews,” and when asked to change it, Pilate replied, “What I have written, I have written” (John 19:22). Yet, through that unchangeable writing came the fulfillment of Scripture and our salvation. Likewise, God has blotted out “the handwriting of ordinances that was against us” and nailed it to the cross (Colossians 2:14). Therefore, no matter what has been written to condemn or oppose you—be it in legal systems, medical reports, or ancestral curses—the written Word of God has the final say. Stand firm on what is written, and you will not be moved.

Prophetic word: The Lord says, “Do not fear the decrees, declarations, or reports that have been written against you—for My Word is greater. I have written a better report concerning your life, your health, your destiny, and your household. My Word shall not return void but shall accomplish what I please and prosper in the thing where I sent it” (Isaiah 55:11). “Though the handwriting of man may attempt to define your future, I have blotted it out and established My covenant over you. What I have written concerning you shall stand, and every tongue or document raised against you is condemned” (Isaiah 54:17, Colossians 2:14). “Rise, speak My Word, and see it manifest. You will overcome by what is written.”

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the power of Your written Word. Today, I declare that every voice, every document, and every decree that rises against me in judgment is condemned by Your Word. I stand on what You have written concerning my life, my health, my family, my finances, and my purpose. Let Your Word prevail for me. I cancel every negative report, every limiting belief, and every curse spoken or recorded against me, in the name of Jesus. Empower me to boldly declare what You have said. Strengthen my faith to hold on to what is written. Lord, cause Your Word to work wonders in my life, for Your Word is spirit and life. In Jesus' name, Amen

How to see correctly! 2

“And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.” Mark 8:24-25 KJV.

The ability to see life correctly—through the eyes of the spirit and the renewing of the mind—is a turning point for any believer. In Mark 8:24-25, the blind man initially saw men as trees walking until Jesus touched him again, and his sight was fully restored. This shows that partial vision or distorted perception can hinder divine purpose, but a second touch, a deeper encounter with God, brings clarity. Just as Apollos, though eloquent and fervent, needed further instruction to understand the way of God more perfectly (Acts 18:24-26), we too must remain teachable. Renewing the mind through study and reflection (Romans 12:2) and allowing the Holy Spirit to enlighten the eyes of our understanding (Ephesians 1:18) are both essential for spiritual clarity and accuracy.

But clarity doesn't come by occasional efforts—it requires persistence. The prophet Elisha was displeased when the king struck the ground only three times instead of many (2 Kings 13:18-19), teaching us that spiritual consistency determines the measure of our victory. Like Daniel, who set his face to seek understanding with fasting and prayer until heaven responded (Daniel 10:12), you must continue in daily fellowship, Scripture meditation, and yieldedness to God's voice until your perspective aligns with His truth. The journey to clear spiritual vision is not a one-time act, but a lifestyle of pressing in until light breaks forth and destiny unfolds (Proverbs 4:18).

Prophetic word: The Spirit of the Lord says, "I am touching your eyes again. Where you once saw men as trees, you shall now see clearly and correctly. I am removing the veil that has limited your perception and blurred your decisions. I am bringing divine clarity to your calling, your relationships, your purpose, and your next steps. As you stay in My presence and feed on My Word, the fog will lift, and light will shine upon your path. You will discern My will with accuracy, and what was once confusing will become plain. Like Elisha prayed for his servant, I will open your eyes to see the hosts of heaven surrounding you. Do not settle for partial vision—I am releasing full sight, and with it, fresh direction and divine strategy. Stand firm, for your clarity is connected to your breakthrough."

 

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for being the God who opens eyes and gives light to those who sit in darkness. Today, I ask that You touch my eyes again—remove every veil of confusion, fear, and carnal perception. Let the eyes of my understanding be enlightened, that I may know the hope of my calling and the riches of my inheritance. I do not want to remain with partial vision—touch me again until I see clearly. Stir my heart to remain in fellowship with You and to meditate daily on Your Word, that I may walk in discernment and wisdom. Strengthen me to be consistent and not grow weary, and let Your light guide every step I take. I declare that I walk in clarity, in purpose, and in divine insight from this day forward. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

How to see correctly! 1

“The Lord said to me, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching[a] to see that my word is fulfilled.”” Jeremiah 1:12 NLT.

The ability to see correctly determines how we live, respond, and fulfill our purpose. In Jeremiah 1:12, God commended Jeremiah, saying, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.” This shows that accurate spiritual vision aligns us with God's agenda. If your current perspective is shaped by fear, stagnation, discouragement, or ingratitude, then your vision needs correction. The Israelites, though delivered from Egypt, failed to see the Promised Land because they focused on giants rather than God's promise (Numbers 13:33). The inability to see with faith can limit God's move in our lives. When you do not see correctly, God is hindered not because He is powerless, but because He partners with your faith and perception to manifest His will (Hebrews 11:6).

True seeing goes beyond physical sight—it involves the eyes of the mind and the eyes of the spirit. Elisha prayed for his servant’s spiritual eyes to be opened, and when they were, he saw angelic armies surrounding them (2 Kings 6:17). When your spiritual eyes are opened, fear is replaced with dominion. Jesus said, “If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came…” (John 10:35), pointing to those who have divine insight and walk in authority. The spirit of wisdom and revelation is key to seeing with your spirit (Ephesians 1:17-18), and it comes through consistent fellowship with God in prayer and meditation. Meanwhile, the eyes of the mind are sharpened through learning—Daniel understood God’s plans through books (Daniel 9:2). To see correctly, cultivate both realms: renew your mind with truth and open your spirit to divine insight. This dual clarity brings transformation, dominion, and fulfillment of purpose.

Prophetic word: The Lord says: “I am restoring your vision. Where fear has clouded your sight, I am releasing clarity. Where discouragement has dimmed your hope, I am lighting your path. I am opening the eyes of your spirit to see beyond the natural. You will no longer walk by what you see in the flesh, but by what I reveal in the Spirit. I am awakening your understanding like I did for Elisha’s servant—I will show you that greater are those who are with you than those against you. I am releasing to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, that you may know the hope of your calling and the riches of My inheritance in you. Stand up, see correctly, and speak My word boldly, for I am watching to perform it.”

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I repent for every way I have walked in fear, discouragement, and doubt. Open the eyes of my heart, Lord, that I may see You clearly and discern Your will. Just as You opened the eyes of Elisha’s servant, open my eyes to see the invisible realities of Your kingdom. Grant me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Let the eyes of my understanding be enlightened, that I may walk in dominion and fulfill my calling. Remove every veil of confusion, stagnation, and fear. Replace it with divine insight, faith, and purpose. Help me to see with the eyes of the Spirit and to renew the eyes of my mind through Your Word. I declare I see correctly. I walk in truth, I speak Your promises, and I move with confidence because You are watching over Your Word to perform it in my life. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Decide what you see!

"The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” Deuteronomy 29:29KJV.

Our text is saying that there are things God has already revealed that are meant to shape our perspective and guide our actions. You must decide to see the positive in all situations—because it is there. What you see is what you are permitted to possess (Genesis 13:14-15). You must see the invisible to do the impossible.  

In every situation, choose to see with your spirit, not just your physical eyes. Proverbs 25:2 says, “It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.” Your spiritual sight unlocks divine realities. Jacob knew this when he used rods to affect the outcome of Laban’s flock (Genesis 30:37-39. Even the negative can carry divine purpose. Saul lost his father’s donkeys so he could meet Samuel and be anointed king (1 Samuel 9:16, 20). The man born blind wasn’t a mistake—it was to reveal the glory of God (John 9:3-5). So in every circumstance, search for the good. Decide to see the divine in the midst of chaos. As a man thinks and perceives in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7). Decide today—what will you see?

Prophetic word: I declare to you today by the Spirit of the Living God: your eyes shall be opened to see what others cannot see! Where others see confusion, you will see clarity. Where others see delay, you will see divine timing. The Lord says, “Behold, I do a new thing; now it shall spring forth—shall you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19). You will perceive it! May your spiritual eyes be enlightened (Ephesians 1:18), and may you begin to see yourself, your situation, your family, your career, and your future from heaven’s perspective. From today, you will no longer walk by sight, but by faith. Every scale falls out of your eyes now! What has been hidden is being revealed. Walk in it boldly!

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gift of spiritual vision. I ask today, open my eyes that I may see wondrous things out of Your law (Psalm 119:18). Teach me to look beyond the natural and to perceive Your divine hand in every situation. Let the eyes of my understanding be enlightened, that I may know the hope of my calling and the riches of Your glory (Ephesians 1:18). Lord, deliver me from every form of spiritual blindness, discouragement, and distraction. Let me see the way You see. Give me the grace to discern purpose even in pain, and hope even in hardship. Help me to see the invisible so I can do the impossible. I declare that from this moment, I will see what belongs to me, I will become what I behold, and I will walk in alignment with heaven’s vision for my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Be strong and courageous!

“Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them." Joshua 1:5 KJV.

You have to be strong and courageous to take what God has given you. It's normal to confront giants in your promised land. You need to approach them with the mindset of someone who is more than a conqueror and take what belongs to you (Romans 8:37). This was so important that God had to repeat to Joshua many times to be strong and courageous. Joshua was not stepping into ease but into battle for the land God had already promised. Like David facing Goliath (1 Samuel 17), strength and courage come not from physical might but from an unshakable trust in God’s word and faithfulness. David declared, “The battle is the Lord’s” (1 Samuel 17:47), showing us that when we step into our God-ordained destiny, we must do so with the boldness that comes from knowing God fights for us. Just as Caleb silenced the doubters and said, “Let us go up at once and possess it, for we are well able to overcome it” (Numbers 13:30), so must you silence fear and step forward with confidence.

Strength and courage are born from constant fellowship with God through His Word and Spirit. Joshua was told to meditate day and night on the Word (Joshua 1:8), because courage is built when God’s promises become more real to you than the giants you face. Paul exhorted Timothy, “Stir up the gift of God” (2 Timothy 1:6), and reminded him that God has not given us a spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7). This same Spirit gives us boldness today: “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts” (Zechariah 4:6). Build yourself up in your most holy faith (Jude 1:20), stay in the love of God (Jude 1:21), and face your battles like one already crowned with victory, because in Christ, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37).

Prophetic word: The Lord says, “Do not be afraid of the giants in front of you, for I have already given you the land. Though the walls may seem high and the resistance strong, I am the One who goes before you as a consuming fire (Deuteronomy 9:3). I am your strength and your shield. I am calling you to rise in boldness, for this is the season to take possession. You shall not be delayed, and you shall not be denied. As I was with Joshua, so I am with you. Every place the sole of your foot shall tread upon, I have already given to you (Joshua 1:3). Only be strong and very courageous, for I am releasing the anointing of boldness and breakthrough upon your life. You will conquer by My Spirit.”

 

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your unchanging word and the promise of inheritance You have made. I receive the call today to be strong and courageous. I renounce every spirit of fear, doubt, and delay, and I align myself with the victory You have already secured through Christ. Lord, fill me afresh with boldness from Your Spirit (Acts 4:31). Let Your Word dwell richly in me and be my source of strength and direction. Just as You empowered Joshua and David, empower me now to face every opposition and claim my territory. I declare that I am more than a conqueror, and I will possess what You have ordained for me. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Focus on Yourself Until You Win!

“The people waited for him to swell up or suddenly drop dead. But when they had waited a long time and saw no harm come to him, THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND and decided he was a god" Act. 28:6 (New Living).

In Acts 28:6, the people expected Paul to die from a snakebite, but when he didn’t, “they changed their minds and said he was a god.” This shows how fickle people’s opinions can be. Joseph’s brothers mocked him and sold him off (Genesis 37:19-28), yet years later, they bowed to him in Egypt, not knowing the one they despised had become their deliverer (Genesis 42:6). Focus on your growth and relationship with God, not on public opinion. Stay in the secret place (Psalm 91:1), feed your spirit with the Word, fast, and pray. Your transformation will eventually silence every voice that doubted you.

Jesus is the ultimate example. He was rejected, insulted, and crucified (Isaiah 53:3), but God exalted Him and gave Him a name above all names (Philippians 2:9-11). Likewise, David was ridiculed by his brothers and underestimated by Saul, yet God used him to bring down Goliath and raise him to kingship (1 Samuel 17:28-50). Challenges are not signs of defeat—they’re proving grounds. Fight your battles in the spirit like Paul and Silas did at midnight (Acts 16:25-26) and watch the prison doors of your life open. Remember, “whoever is born of God overcomes the world” (1 John 5:4). Stay focused, build strength in the secret place, and you will win!

Prophetic word: The Lord says, “I am with you in the fire, and I will bring you out without the smell of smoke. Though men misjudge your season, I, the Lord, see your becoming. Do not be moved by shifting opinions; for I, the unchanging God, have called you by name. I am working in the dark to unveil your glory in the light. Your current silence will soon be replaced with the sound of celebration. Keep pressing, keep building, keep praying—for the set time to favour you has come (Psalm 102:13).”

Prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for the assurance of victory. I declare that every word of discouragement spoken over me is silenced. Just as You preserved Paul from death and Joseph from shame, preserve and lift me in this season. Let every challenge become a testimony. Strengthen my focus and ignite my spirit to press forward, regardless of what others say. Lord, help me to win in the secret place, to grow in grace, and to walk in divine timing. I embrace the victory that is mine in Christ. I rise above distraction, delay, and doubt. I declare prophetically: I win, I rise, I shine, and the same mouths that mocked me will glorify You because of me. Amen.
