“Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.” Isaiah 66:7 KJV
There are
some breakthroughs that only travail can birth. Zion did not bring forth until
she travailed, and in the same way, there are miracles, answers, and divine
shifts that will come forth in your life as you press into prayer. Travailing
prayer is the cry of a birth of a destiny. It is the spiritual labour that
produces spiritual delivery. Hannah travailed before Samuel was born (1 Samuel
1:10–17). Jabez travailed before his future expanded (1 Chronicles 4:9–10).
Jacob travailed before his name and destiny shifted (Genesis 32:28). The church
travailed, and Peter was released from prison (Acts 12:5–10). Travail is the
pathway to prevailing.
As the year
draws to a close, travail to receive the best of this year. Travail until the
heavens open. Travail until your prophetic word manifests. Travail until what
God has promised is birthed into reality. Travail to prevail. Prevail to take
your God-given birthright (1 Chronicles 5:2). This is your season to push
something new into existence.
Prophetic Word: I decree that the anointing to travail and prevail rests upon you. Every
spiritual pregnancy comes to full term. Whatever has been delayed is released now.
Your hands will hold what your prayers have birthed. You will not miscarry
destiny, you will not labor in vain, you will bring forth with ease. Enter
into your season of divine release and supernatural manifestation, IN JESUS’ NAME.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for the power of travailing prayer. Stir my spirit
to pray with intensity, focus, and faith. Remove every weakness, distraction,
or spiritual heaviness. Help me to stand in the place of prayer until destiny
is birthed. Let every promise You have spoken over my life come forth. As I
travail, let me prevail. Let breakthroughs, testimonies, and divine help be
released into my life in Jesus’ name, Amen.
