"Since a dull axe requires great strength, sharpen the blade. That's the value of wisdom; it helps you succeed." Ecc. 10:10 (New Living)
Wisdom will make a difference at all times. Imagine two persons assigned to two portions of land of the same size to clear. Both are given dull cutlasses to use. One of them thinks he has all the strength and starts working with the dull instrument while the other takes sometime out to go and sharpen the cutlass. I tell you the one with the sharpened instrument will come back, finish his work without struggle and leave the unwise colleague sweating it out.
The level of sweetness you experience on earth will be determined by the wisdom you carry. There is nothing you are going through which someone, somewhere has not gone through and overcome. That is why it is wise to give yourself to reading, particularly bible and books written by anointed men of God.
The time you take to develop yourself on the issues related to life and your chosen career is not wasted. The acquired wisdom will enable you to live and work smartly, bringing success without tears. It does not matter how people have described you or how it has been with you, get wisdom and success will come. If you have questions about life, get scriptures and books related to that area and prayerfully read and meditate on them. You will get revelation wisdom.
You will not be stranded in Jesus name.

Evaluation
“And there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate: and they said one to another, Why sit we here until we die? If we say, We will enter into the city, the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: and if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the army of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die. And they rose up in the twilight, to go unto the camp of the Syrians: and when they were come to the edge of the camp of Syria, behold, there was no man there.” 2Kings 7:3-5. (KJV2000)
Have you taken time to examine the past six months you have spent this year? Hear the word of the Lord, take time to analyze it; it will make the next six months count.
When you analyze the past six months, you will discover three things:
1. Reasons to thank the Lord for what He has enabled you to achieve.
2. Where you have missed it and the options before you.
3. Actions to take to move forward and enjoy the victory the Lord has wrought for you in the next six months.
The four lepers in our text did exactly that at the peak of the famine in Samaria and they discovered they had options by going into the camp of the enemy. They took the right decision to move in there only to discover that God had settled the situation. Their action changed the story in Samaria.
Beloved, the next six months will be far better for you than the last six months in all areas of your life in Jesus name; only take some time to analyze the last six months.
It is well.

Protect Your Seed
“And when they were departed, behold, the Angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him” Mathew 2:13 (KJV)
It is the seed that delivers the future. When the seed is destroyed, there is no future. The enemy knows this. When Jesus was planted as a seed, Herod tried to destroy Him. If he had succeeded, we won’t have billions of Christians in the world today.
Beloved, protect your seed. Your idea is a seed. The word of God in your mouth is a seed. Your vision is a seed. Hidden in the seed is the future harvest. The enemy will want to destroy it by sending doubt, discouragement and by influencing you to speak against your seed. If you must doubt, doubt your doubt. Never doubt the future of your seed because the enemy believes it has a future! When you are discouraged, find a reason to get your courage back, it is your responsibility!! Don’t stop watering your seed with faith-filled words.
Your seed shall deliver the harvest in Jesus name.

3 things you must deal with to…….
“Casting down imaginations, AND EVERY THING THAT EXALT ITSELF AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” 2Cor.10:5.
There are three things you must deal with to experience God’s miraculous intervention at all times. These are unforgiveness, sin not repented of and unbelief. These three things have capability to stand against God in anybody’s life.
Beloved, be quick to forgive others when they offend you. Jesus said in Mathew 6: 14-15, “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly father will also forgive you: But if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” When you don’t forgive people, you hinder God from moving in your life.
When you make mistake, be quick to repent. 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Prov. 28:13 says, “He that covers his sins shall not prosper: but whosoever confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy. When there are sins we have not repented of in our lives, they hinder God from moving in our lives.
Be quick to believe God, unbelief hinders God. Jesus said in Mark 9: 23 that, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes.” Hebrews 11:6 says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Beloved, if you don’t believe God, He cannot do anything in your life. See Mar 6: 1-6.
Hear the word of the Lord: If you deal with these three things, I will always move in your life.

WHEN GOD LIFTS YOU
"And Jeroboam said in his heart, 'Now the kingdom may return to the house of David'" 1Kings 12:26.
Jeroboam was a Servant of Solomon. Solomon made him the head of his labor force because he was a mighty man of valor and was industrious. When Solomon sinned against God, God chose to give 10tribes of Israel to Jeroboam to rule. He was not expecting it but God favored him and gave him a throne. But when he got the throne, he sought for a way to sustain the throne apart from God who gave it to him. He thought he might lose the throne and went after other gods. This step led to his destruction.
Hear the word of the Lord: If God has given you that position, He will sustain you there. When or if you have received what you are believing God for, don't reduce or compromise on your relationship with God because of your new status. You need not employ the wisdom of this world or seek the assistance of other gods in order to sustain your position. God who has taken you there will sustain you.Let your commitment to God increase, be faithful to Him and He will increase you.
I ask that God will promote you. You will not disappoint Him and He will sustain you in Jesus name.

Dont look at the storm
"But when he SAW the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, ' Lord, save me!'" Mathew 14:30.
Peter saw Jesus walked on the sea. He desired to do so as well and got Jesus' word to do it. He took the step of faith and started walking on the sea. But suddenly, he saw the storm and was afraid, he doubted Jesus' word and began to sink!
You are sure that what you are doing is what you have always really desired to do. It may be a business, career, academic pursuit, ministry etc. You prayed and got God's confirmation before proceeding on it. You are sure you heard God. Everything started and was going well until the enemy sent a storm. This may be storm of financial stress, disappointment, discouragement or even failure. The storm is a challenge that makes one to ask himself whether he actually heard God.
Hear this: DON'T LOOK AT THE STORM!. if you look at the storm, you may be afraid like Peter and think the storm is stronger than the promise. This may lead you to doubt God. And you cannot sink until you doubt God's word.
There are three things you need to know about the storm:
1. Storms don't last. They die quickly.
2. Jesus is stronger than the storm. Infact storm obeys His voice.
3. You can calm the storm by speaking to it.
Perhaps you have looked at the storm, doubted God and began to sink; there is a way out. Just like Peter, ask God to save you and He will.
The storm is over. It is celebration time in Jesus name.

STAND
".....Having done all, to stand" Ephesians 6:13 (KJV)
When a farmer cultivates a land, he clears the land, puts in the seed and waters it. He then has to stand or wait till God brings the harvest. But in the process of waiting, he ensures that there is no weed that can destroy or make the harvest lean. Now the waiting time depends on the type of seed he planted. The waiting time for palm tree is different from that of maize (corn) and so also is the value of the harvest.
Sometimes you need to wait patiently to receive what you are believing God for, just like a farmer has to wait for his harvest time. And while waiting, you should not stagger in your faith or give way to unbelief which can strangle the harvest. The fact that you have not received what you are believing God for does not mean that you have been denied of it. Abraham had to wait patiently for God to give him his Isaac. The combination of faith and patience is what delivers the promise. (Hebrews 6:12).
Beloved, is there any need in your life for which you have prayed, fasted, sown seeds, confessed and done all you have been taught to do? The next thing to do is to STAND. Stand in your faith because you will soon receive your harvest of miracle.
I ask God to give you the grace to be patient. Your prayers are answered in Jesus name.
