Walking in your God-given victory 1

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4

The power of redemption is at work in you by your second birth. This power has programed you to walk in victory. This is because whatever that is born of God is an overcomer.  However, this victory is activated through faith. Faith is the key that gives you access to the victory that God has wrought for you through the death and resurrection of Jesus. You are victorious not because of the magnitude of your challenges but because of the magnitude of your God who saved you. The implication of this is that you should approach every situation in your life with a winner’s mentality.

Always look for a scripture that matches your situation and stand on it until you appropriate your victory in Jesus name. Let your confession always be your expectation and not what you don’t expect. It is not a matter of what you can see or feel, it is a matter of what God has said and what He can do.
“And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.” Numbers 13:30
“For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.” 2 Kings 3:17
May you walk total victory in every area of your life in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: I walk in victory through every situation confronting me in Jesus name.

Self-confidence!

“And the Lord looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee?” Judges 6:14

One of the greatest enemies of destiny is timidity. You must come to a position of confidence in your God-given ability to make things happen. If you doubt yourself, you weaken yourself. Most times your assignment will be greater than you, but God has placed within you what it takes to make it happen.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7
“Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.” Acts 3:6

Gideon was chosen by God to deliver Israel from the hand of the Midianites. He could not see himself in that light. He was actually hiding his harvest from the same Midianites that God has chosen him to defeat. God had to bring him to a position of self-confidence to deal with his timidity. He eventually became bold to execute his assignment.
Beloved, in these last days in the year 2019, you can still make things happen, even things that are causing you to fear. Go for it for you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
I see you getting unusual results in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Let timidity die in my life; let me be confident that God is at work in me to bring me into a place of fulfillment in Jesus name.

Get ready!

“And he said, Thus saith the Lord, Make this valley full of ditches. For thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.” 2 Kings 3:16-17

Get ready for your miracle. Miracle happens when divinity meets humanity. Make room for the miracle you expect in your life. The condition may not be conducive for what you expect but get ready for it. The miracle does not depend on the prevailing condition but on the power of God. Three Kings were in danger because there was no water. The prophet said to them; prepare ditches to receive the water. Water is coming; it does not matter whether there is rain or not. Stop waiting for the condition; get ready for your miracle. Miracles despise the normal order of things.

“He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.” Ecclesiastes 11:4
“Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. …. Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.” John 11:39-41

If you want the miracle water, make the ditches. If you want your Lazarus back, take away the stone. If you want more oil, get more bottles.  Get ready for an unusual manifestation of God’s power in your situation. Be prayerful. Be praiseful. Be seedful. Be expectant. Declare your miracle.
This is your season of great testimony in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God I am ready, visit me by fire in Jesus name.

Be grateful, be thankful!

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Psalm 100:4

Gratitude prepares a man to receive the fullness of God. Gratitude grants you access into God’s presence.
It is the twelfth month of the year 2019, if you are reading this message, it means God has kept you alive. Think of what you have passed through this year and God gave you victory. Think of the blessings you have received this year. Even if you are not where you are supposed to be the fact that you are still alive means there is hope for you, you will get there.

“And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?........And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.” Luke 17:17-19
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Beloved, whether you feel like it or not, make thanksgiving and praise to God part of your daily life. Praise and thanksgiving are acceptable sacrifices to God.  They have power to activate the covenant that can secure your victory and give you a turnaround breakthrough at any time. Anything that keeps you from gratitude wants to keep you from the fullness of God’s blessing.
I decree that any situation that is making your heart heavy shall be destroyed by the power of God in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: Oh God I am very grateful for the gift of life and for all that you have done for me in Jesus name.

Remain positive!

“And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.” Number 13:30-31

Remaining positive to the promise of God in the face of great and difficult opposition is key to realizing the promises. God is bigger than the opposition. God is true to His word and committed to His promises.
Insist on seeing the fulfillment of what God has promised you and the opposition will give way. Caleb told the people to remain positive by neglecting the giants and believing God. He got the Promised Land despite the fact that the giants were there and truly stronger than the people.

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4
“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4

Think of these two truth: (1) anything that is born of God has the potential to overcome any opposition in this world. (2) God in you is greater than all the forces of hell in this world. If you believe these two biblical truth then you can remain positive that the promises of God will come to pass in your life. That you will not be swallowed up in your present challenges.

May you be confident in God’s promises despite the challenges facing you in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: I pray victory into my life in this present situation; I receive the fulfilment of God’s promises in Jesus name.

You are coming out!

“Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.” Psalms 66:12

Hear the word of the Lord: you are coming out of the fire, you are coming out of the water, you are coming out of the miry clay in which you have found yourself; God is bringing you into a wealthy place. You are coming out of obscurity into the limelight. Your shame shall turn glory. Your disappointment shall turn to appointment. Your failure shall turn into success. Your defeat shall turn to victory in the name of Jesus.

“The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free. He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:” Psalm 105:20-21
“Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the Lord is with him.” 1 Samuel 16:18

Beloved, you have spent too long a time at the back of the city, you are coming out of that wilderness of trouble and poverty into the city of comfort and abundance in Jesus name. Joseph came out; you are coming out. David came out; you are coming out. Moses came out; you are coming out. Even John the Baptist came out of the wilderness, you too are coming out in the name of Jesus.

I sense in my spirit that a major breakthrough is on the way for you as this year runs to an end in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: O God bring me out of the water and the fire into a wealthy place in Jesus name.

You need this word!

“But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4

You need a timely word in every situation you find yourself. The entrance of your word is the termination of darkness in your life. The appearance of your word is the termination of any form of bondage no matter how strong it may be. The release of your word is the release of your world and destiny. Your word is your connection to your supernatural world. What food is to the human body, the word is to the human spirit.

“And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,” Luke 4:17
“The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.” Matthew 8:4
“And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.” Luke 5:5

Beloved, hear the word of the Lord, “You are coming out of every adverse situation you have found yourself” There is a word for you through meditation on the scripture, find it. There is a word for you through prayer, get it. There is a word for you in the church service, connect to it. There is word for you in the mouth of your spiritual mentor, receive it.  In any case, be desperate to receive a word from the Lord, that is all you need to handle anything and everything in this three dimensional word.
May you receive a timely word for your life and destiny in Jesus name.
Prayer for today: O God let me be attentive to your word in Jesus name.
